I love how soft this neck pillow is. It;s a great deal for the price, and it's very comfy. The extra length of the pillow allows it to neatly fold under my chin just like a soft blanket would. I would probably buy another for a friend because of how comfy it is. Great for travel too. Even the pouch that was provided was nice and soft. And I love that I can easily put it back in the pouch with no issue. The only reason why this is a 4 star instead of 5 is because adoringly bought this item thinking it would self inflate on it's own(as in without me pumping or blowing air). I was wrong. You still need to blow air into this neck pillow. I like the switches that allow air to either escape or go in. I turn the switch to the right (allowing air to enter), blow in air in air for about 30 seconds (really doesn't take long), and then cap the switch. When I want the air to be released, I just uncap the switch, turn it to the left (which allows air to escape quickly), and fold up the pillow and easily put it back in the box. So, overall this is a great inflatable neck pillow. Probably one of the softest I've owned. Just don't expect it to inflate without YOU pumping or blowing in air.

This product is excellent for napping on a plane or train. As a constant traveler, I am used to buying a neck pillow and tossing it upon arrival. But this is better than the simple neck pillows - it wraps well, and has a 'pressure point' knob that (for me, at least) is perfectly aligned to hit that headache 'sweet spot'. I got a deal on it, but I would gladly pay the MSRP. The fabric is luxurious!

I love this idea of neck pillow with built in mini pump. No more blowing my inflatable neck pillow by mouth. The quality velvet cover is very soft and comfortable and it also come with velvet pouch for easy carry and storage. It collapses small to fit in luggage, and most importantly it supports my head in a very comfortable position while sitting up. It is very practical and useful tool for traveling. Very soft and comfortable to use. Very compact, which made traveling with it easy.
