These Moonkie straw cups have worked really well for my baby. The silicone feels sturdy, the straw is soft, and the small size makes it easy for little hands to hold. They don’t leak when the lid is on right, and the measurement markings are actually useful. Easy to clean, durable, and my baby took to them fast. Solid buy.

There’s a few things that are different from expected: - I could see the threads in the photos and thought the lids were screw on. They are not, they just pop on and off. It stays on pretty securely. It’s actually a little tricky to get the lid off but it helps to squeeze the top of the bottle and then it comes off pretty easy. - I thought the bottle would be more squishy and if I squeezed the bottle, water would come up the straw so I could help my baby learn to use it. But the bottle isn’t very squishy so that didn’t work like I thought. It is nice that it’s a sturdy bottle though. Some things I particularly love: - It comes with a regular straw and slow-flow straw. I used the regular straw when teaching baby to use it, but once he got the hang of it, the water would come too quickly and he would choke, so I then switched to the slow-flow straw and it’s been perfect, no more choking (9 months old). - The straw cap. Love the protection of cleanliness and it doesn’t leak. Plus is baby likes to chew on it. - They look nice and are a good size. Perfect for baby’s hands. Overall I’m very happy with the product!

I spent an infuriating amount of time trying to find the right cup for my 10 month now 13 month old. Requirements: Not plastic, Baby can't pull the straw out, includes regular non-valved straw ideal for proper mouth posture when sipping, nice size for travel/snack tray cup holder/throwing in the diaper bag without leaking, does encourage use of a real straw but does not allow child to dump the entire thing out. Enter Moonkie Baby Straw Cup! I was surprised when it arrived by the high quality. It's a gorgeous product. It seems extremely durable. It is perfectly functional, nice to hold, and very cute. I also like being able to see how much liquid is in the cup. I seriously wish they had a larger size for adults. The price point for the set of 2 is very reasonable for what you get. Its even reasonable at the single option in my opinion. My only complaint is the color options. I personally HATE the trend of somber muted colors for baby products. Ew. I love the brightness of the "Morepeas" line for example. Still gave this Moonkie cup 5 stars because if you're looking for a cup that is ideal for your baby's oral development and actually functional for your needs as a parent, this is IT. I can't wait for you to buy this cup (or 4!) and be delighted! Note: I tried the "EZpz" toddler cup first because I had the smallest version for my baby at 6 months and it was wonderful. The next size up is a great little cup but he just pulls the straw out and dumps it all over. I'd rather train him on a model like that when he's closer to 2 or older, its too much work at this age. Next I tried the honey bear cup because I liked the handles and thought the long straw might not come out, what a waste of money. It is cheap plastic, not portable, and my baby boy kept pulling the straw all the way out rendering it unusable without my constant help. I then found the "morepeas" sippy cup which is really great, has most of the qualities I was looking for, plus can be used as snack cup and has a handle which I love, but it is quite bulky for on-the-go use. After using these for six months, here are my thoughts! I appreciate the food-grade silicone material. They are very easy to clean (just pop them in the dishwasher) and quite durable. I like that that they are clear because my baby often likes to shove food or random things down the straw—it’s nice to know when I should empty it out and refill it lol. They are also extremely cute and aesthetic. Unfortunately, they are not 100% leak or fall proof. The lid pops off whenever my baby drops the bottle. It also came with leak proof straws, but my baby was unable to suck water out of them. We instead use the other free flowing straws that it came with. Overall, we really like these bottles. My baby is easily able to hold them. Just know they are not 100% leak or fall proof.

We bought this cup several months ago. At first, we loved it. It is easy to use, the 2 different straw options was great, especially when my son was drinking smoothies and need an open straw. It feels very smooth like hard plastic, but it is kind of like a flexible material. We used this for milk and smoothies only and it worked perfect for this! If you are wanting it for small liquids or as a training cup, it works great for that. I gave it 3 stars because if your child tosses it on the ground from their high chair or is running around with it, the lid can pop off and make a pretty good mess. This has only happened a few times, but they wet very memorable times! Another thing that I wish was a bit better was the size of the cup. In this specific cup, they only have the 5 ounce cup. This is great to start, but when I am giving my son milk in this cup, it’d be nice to not have to fill it up every couple of sips. Other than that, we love this cup and it gets used just about everyday!

Our child loves this cup, it is easy for them to hold, and the straw cap makes transportation easy without the worry of a spill. It holds up very nicely and well worth the price! We were devastated when we left our first one at a restaurant on accident so next day delivery was a real life saver.

Absolutely love these cups! They come with spill proof straws that have a little X style stopper flap inside the straw, and they also include an extra straw that works like a regular drinking straw. There is also a stopper included, so you do not have to worry if the leak proof straw ever fails. The quality is excellent. The silicone is thick and sturdy and feels very well made. I personally avoid plastic dishes for my daughter, so this cup was the perfect alternative. The only downside is that when the stopper is attached, my daughter can pull it off pretty easily, which could be a choking hazard. To avoid that, I remove the stopper when we are at home and just use the leak proof straw. Overall, I am very happy with this cup.

This straw cup is one of the best ones I’ve used. The silicone is soft, and the clear design lets me easily see how much is left. There are no gaps or indentations, so my baby can seal her lips properly. It prevents leakage when turned upside down, and the size is also perfect. She can hold it easily with her hands. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, it leaks when dropped because the lid opens too easily. Second, the straw cover comes off very easily, so my baby can remove it and it can get lost.

Works great. No weird smells and easy to clean and put together. Each cup comes with two straws, does not spill when turned upside down with the "stopper" straw in. Have already been bonked around a bit and stayed together so far, would recommend.

These cups are amazing! I purchased them to send milk to daycare for my son (starting at 12 months, now 14 months) as he never took a bottle and still nurses frequently during the day when he is at home. When I purchased them I had serious doubts that they would actually be leak proof but I have been pleasantly surprised. We exclusively use the training straw and it completely prevents milk from spilling out. For water we usea weighted straw cup, I didn't want to use one for milk though because of the thin straw making it more difficult to clean, these straws are easy to clean. I would highly recommend these cups if you are looking for a spill proof, easy to clean toddler cup!
