I had trouble getting the lid off when it was frozen. I ran it under warm water and twisted it off. Super easy!! Great product!!!

I have been using ice on my face for awhile but just held it or wrapped in a paper towel. This keeps your hand from freezing. It is a little tough to open up like others reviews stated but I just run a little warm water over it before using & it opens fine - didn't break the ice or anything. Happy with my purchase.

We got this and filled it out with filtered water from the fridge. It worked great. The only trick you need to know is that once you get it out of the freezer, leave it for like 10 minutes for the ice to melt a little. This way when you try to open it, it is not stuck.My son uses it once a day at night on his face. He says he has seen a difference after a few days from using it.I like it, especially for the price. It is well made.
