LoVE- but do the coating cycling to prevent rust
We've had these for a long time now and we still love them. one thing that I will say is that after the first use we put them in the cabinets and a couple weeks later looked and they were resting. so I scrubbed all the rust off got them back to square one and actually did the cycling that it talks about for creating the non-stick coating on them. It took freaking forever. like seriously forever. And for hours and hours I thought it wasn't working and then all of a sudden it starts working and you start seeing the shiny finish... so just follow the directions. after putting that coating on them they work even better and they are not rusting and they're easier to clean. so I definitely recommend buying these I'm on my whole family absolutely loves getting fajitas on them, but definitely do the coating process that's in the booklet it comes with.

i woorks excellent for roasting vegetables very quickly
I purchased 2 sizzler pans & roasted vegetables in 5 minutes versus 30 minutes in regular oven. I also cooked a steak in 1 minute flipped steak uver & let the residual heat of pan sear other side to a perfect medium rare.

Everything I Cook on This Pan Comes Out Perfect!!!
I can't screw up anything I cook on this in my Uuni!!! Everything comes out juicy, charred, and flavorful. Perfect. Amazing. Mmmmmmm.

Perfect fit for Uuni 3
These pans are great and, with proper care, should last a lifetime. Two can fit side by side in the Uuni 3. Perfect for steaks and veggies!

Great for the Uuni
These are a great addition to the Uuni. We've roasted veggies, seared steaks, flash cooked some salmon and more, in these in the Uuni. It can be a little tough to turn items, so you do have to play with the heat/flame. The wood plates make it easier to carry the pans, the handle is really only enough for pulling out the pan, not for carrying fully like a skillet. These are a great way to expand your use of the your Uuni beyond just pizzas.

a remarkable grilling pan, well made product
my husband ordered the pan to cook his steak on our pellet grill. He adds onions and some time other vegie to the pan,makes for a super quick meal and I didn't have to cook it for him. life's good. lmw

Misleading dimensions description
The product itself is pretty good but I feel a bit short changed by its usable cooking area size. The overall product dimensions of mine are, handle to handle length 31.5 cm and 16 cm width, and are therefore slightly less than the advertised size. My main gripe, however, is that the internal dimensions are only 24.5 x 14cm and are therefore no better than many other similar products available at a much better price.

Gusseisen Pfanne für den Uuni 3
Die kleine Gusseisen Pfanne lässt sich im Uuni 3 sehr hoch erhitzen, um die klebrige Beschichtung zu entfernen, danach die kalte Pfanne mit einem guten Öl hauchdünn einreiben und leicht erhitzen. Die Pfanne wird sich danach nicht mehr klebrig anfühlen und hat eine natürliche Beschichtung. Das hauchdünne Einölen und vorsichtige „Einbrennen“ kann man mehrmals wiederholen um eine schöne Patina zu erzeugen. Die Pfanne lässt sich nach Gebrauch mit Wasser und einer Spülbürste ganz leicht reinigen. Die Pfanne darf nicht feucht gelagert werden, da Gusseisen rostet, wenn die aufgebrachte Ölschicht nicht ausreichend ist. Nach dem Trocknen sollte sie ab und zu mit Öl leicht eingerieben werden. Wenn zu viel Öl verwendet wird, glänzt die Pfanne und fühlt sich klebrig an. Der Holzuntersetzer ist nicht besonders gut verleimt und verträgt die Hitze nicht. Wenn die Pfanne aus dem Ofen kommt, sollte man sie besser auf ein dickes Holzbrett oder einen stabilen Untersetzer aus Gusseisen stellen. Der Original Holzuntersetzer ist nach der ersten Benutzung schwarz verkohlt. Er zerlegt sich langsam in drei Einzelteile und dient nur noch zur Aufbewahrung der Pfanne, wenn sie abgekühlt ist.
