Awesome little set for the price.

These plastic bottom watering planters are sturdy and come in a nice variety of sizes. You can use the little spouts that sick out or you can take them off, you can also choose not to use the bottom cork looking piece if you don’t want to. They are attractive and decent value.

These were ok and easy to use. Only issue is that "tongue" doesn't stay as needed.

These 5 garden pots from Hallops are self watering ones which are very efficient for moisture loving houseplants. I’ve always had concerns about whether they should only be used with certain plants and not others. I haven’t figured that out yet, but so far, the plants I have put in self watering pots are doing very well. It’s time for me to get these Hallops pots filled now and try out that little spout.These are really attractive pots, with their beautiful light sage green and the brown accent base resembling clay trays. They are a little light in weight so I’d rather they were a little more sturdy. In the end, they are certainly functional enough and attractive enough to be good enough plant pots in every way. Seems to me that 16 usd for 5 complete planter sets of different sizes is indeed good value for money. I do recommend these pots from Hallops.

The design of the pots is fashionable, and I would even consider giving them as gifts. They are easy to put together with the provided instructions.I didn't want to delay writing the review, but I'm curious how effective the watering is. Filling the pot is easy, but it's also easy to overfill, creating a mess. Depending on how much soil there is, the water could be used up much quicker than expected with no easy way to see a level remaining.I would prefer to have a refillable glass or something in the soil above to limit guessing on how much is left in the water reservoir. There's still value in the look and quantity of pots.

So happy I found these planters. Love the design of self watering, helped when I went on vacation for a week, I didn't have to worry about my plants. Will be buying more.

The media could not be loaded.  I am not a good plant mom, I forget to water my plants way too often, but pots like these have been a plant lifesaver. Each pot is comprised of four parts: The base, the rope, the spout, and the top main portion. The bottom twists off and the top has a strainer in it to irrigate the water in the pot so it doesn’t pool and cause root rot. The spout helps easily pour water into the base where the rope you put in BEFORE YOU ADD SOIL draws up the water into the soil to keep it moist. Depending on the size of the pot, you can fit enough water in to last a few days to a week or even a bit more.A word of warning, do not over water your pot! If you pour water in over the plant to soak the soil, keep an eye on HOW much water you pour in. If you add more than the base of the pot can hold, water will go EVERYWHERE and make a huge mess. So just be aware the pots can be overfilled with water and it will leak out. But that is really my only word of warning. Otherwise, these are great.

The Self Watering Planter set is convenient and effective, keeping plants hydrated without constant attention. The variety of sizes and included saucers make it versatile for different plants and spaces.
