I love really hot hot sauce and this one delivers. Some have commented that it's smokey, but I don't pick up on that. It's tangy and really spicy. It's actually great for adding to salsa that needs to be kicked up a notch. I don't use this sauce as an everyday table sauce. I add it to things to perk them up (salsa, spaghetti sauce, when cooking spanish rice, ramen bowls).
