Poor build quality. Noisy.
Initially I was pleased with this iron. For the price I was happy. It was a little underpowered in terms of steam output, which I expected to be better from reading positive reviews. For the price, however, I was satisfied and it is lightweight, so that was a trade-off I felt I could live with. It is a two pin plug but it comes with a UK adaptor fitted, so not ideal but not a problem either.After a couple of months of light usage the on/off switch came free of its housing and it became unusable, so I have now returned it for a refund. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't buy this brand again.

Great iron and value for money
Great iron and value for money. Only complaint, it is very noisy when pumping water from tank to iron. Noise only lasts a few seconds but drowns out TV!!!

Steam isn't constant.
Looking at the previous reviews, this was the unit for me.Unfortunately the reality is somewhat different. The steam supply line is a little short, (I have the base unit on the floor and the supply hose doesn't allow the iron to quite cover a standard board). Great steam shot once warmed up in no time, but working creased or heavy clothing, requiring extended steaming which it fails to deliver.A little disappointing.
