Great solo training tool for basketball players
Picked this up for backyard basketball training with my kids. The XTRAMAN defender mannequin is a great solo training tool โ it gives a realistic visual reference for practicing drives, pull-ups, and shooting over a defender without needing another person. It's sturdy, the height is adjustable, and the base is stable enough that it doesn't tip over easily when you bump it. My kids have gotten a lot of use out of this and it's held up well outdoors. Beats running the same drills without any visual obstruction. Good investment for any young player who wants to get reps in outside of practice.

Sturdy and Effective
This training aide is remarkably sutrdy and effective with basketball practice. I purchased two separately to be sure of the quality. I reccommend ths product for any levels of basketbal training.

Not a quick, pop-up assembly.
Although this defender was not like a pop up defender out of the bag (you have to string it with tension rods) it is a high quality item. For my middle schooler when needs to work on getting height on his shots and shooting around his defender itโs perfect when playing solo. Itโs light enough that he can bike down to the court with this in its carrying case and assemble himself.

Great for skills training! A must!!
Purchased for my nephew for a gift. He says he loved it! This is an excellent tool for helping your athlete develops their basketball skills, with a defender. It can be easily put away when not being used.
