Excellent steamer for use for various jobs around the house. It worked well on tile. Loved using it in the shower. It was easy to use and one filling goes a long way. I felt everything was clean and sterilized after I finished.

Dupray neat +What is better on the Neat+: 1600w more power, better funnel, can put more water in while in use, heats up in less that 2 min and continuously works. Although after 45-min of continuous use the 50psi weakens.PROS:-Heats up fast. Less that 2 min.-Works continuously till water is low.-Can add water anytime and continue using.-Light weight and compact-cleans great as a general steam cleaner on floors, toilets, mirrors, windows, steam bacteria out of area rugs, etc & dries fast-Pinch grips on floor tool can use any microfiber towel. Could even use old floor mop pads.CONS:-must leave steam on very dirty or greasy service a long time for it to soften. I used a scrubber with steam scrubber same time on grout on my hand and knees.-Needs better tools. Should come with 2” narrow strong grout brush. Brushed deteriorate fast. Wire round brush worked well on oven racks with A LOT of scrubbing.Extra pads, bonnets, brushes kit $79If you have very dirty surfaces and want it cleaned faster I would suggest the Dupray Tosca 316 degrees, 72.5 psi.

Pleased with this relative small but effective unit. It does a lot of cleaning on a tank of water you may be surprised how far it goes. Heats quickly amd the variety of attachments are useful. Floors, counter, appliances, bathroom, even steamed something clothing and rugs. You can blast out your window screens as well. It's a bit of imagination is the limit on what you want to throw steam at. It doesn't quite produce at the level to use in steam bending wood for shape projects, I tested that, though it certainly wasn't designed or marketed for that purpose.

This is made very well and is very sturdy. It cleans and sanitizes my laminate wood floors. It came with several different cleaning pads etc and a nice bag to hold them all in.Be sure to use distilled water in it though or the tank can build mineral deposits.When I first used it, I worried that I would need to empty the water completely each time but I don’t actually need to do that. Since the water boils, there aren’t any germs to grow mold as long as you don’t open the lid after you turn it off. I have left the water in for a couple of weeks at a time with no issues.My only suggested improvements would be that it’s hard to tell how much water is in it. If you don’t put enough in, then you have to wait until it cools down before you can safely open the lid to refill it. Also, sometimes when I’m filling it, an air bubble gets stuck in the valve and the water won’t go down so I have to shake it or tilt it to get the air bubble out.Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase though and feel good that I can use it to sanitize my house.

Love this thing! It makes cleaning so much easier. Heats up fast, it’s quiet (some attachments make the steam sound louder than others when in use but didn’t bother me at all.) The locking handle for continuous steam is perfection-makes it so easy to use and to get into smaller areas. I can’t believe I’ve lived without this for so long.

This vacuum does an excellent job. Dust and dirt can't escape it. It gets it all. For once a vacuum cleaner that does it's job. Spoil yourself and get one.

Dupray is a terrible company to work with. We got this 'new steamer' upgrade and it did not work right from Day 1. We even got the 2 year extended warranty but that apparently does not kick in until you have had this product past 90 days; at the 40 day make this steamer died on us (no steam being produced) and we know as we have owned a lot of steamers over the years for our business. Dupray claims to cover for 30 days but they only give people the run around either way.Do not buy this product!
