I usually buy them from Costco, as they offer a great quality product, you know the source of the oil and it has all purity values of the oil on the label. This product is supposed to be an Extreme Fish Oil, yet when you read the label is actually weaker than some other brands. It is the cost/value ratio which is important. Given the price and given there are only 90 tablets in the bottle, it is hard to recommend this product at the price. It is simply far too much. Costco does a similar product with the same EPA's etc, with 400 tablets at £15.00. This is a good tablet, but the price is just not good compared with the competition. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Contains cow gelatin, and overpriced *by R***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 December 2018* (I've no way of knowing whether these capsules contain the amount of Omega 3 they claim to, so I'm going to accept they do.)At just over 2cm long, these are standard sized Omega 3 capsules. They're easier to swallow with a warm (not hot!) drink as it makes the capsules more malleable. The capsules contain cow gelatine, as well as fish, so these aren't for pescatarians.They don't give you fishy breath, and they have no fish taste.The dosage guidance is unhelpful. It only says take up to three capsules a day.The brag of Super Strength capsules is a bit disingenuous. The capsules contain 1,000mg of Omega 3, which is pretty much the standard amount of any Omega 3 supplement.The big issue is these are hideously expensive compared to other 1,000mg capsules.
