It's Razer, arguably the most over-hyped gaming brand on the planet. As such, I wasn't really expecting the quality that I recieved! The build quality is actually incredibly good and I'm by no means an audiophile, but the speakers in the headset really can't be beaten at this price point. Furthermore, I've been told by others that my voice sounds very clear and crisp through the microphone. The rubberised and long USB cable also makes life easier.All in all I would highly recommend this headset for not just gamers, but anybody that wants a good and versatile headset without breaking the bank.

This is a really good headset. I like gaming and I go through quite a few headsets. I had been buying Tecknet headsets for the past few years but the last one had a really bad mic on it and I could not get it to work better so I went for this headset.Great sound, not as Bassey as the Tecknet headsets. The mic is really good. There great for watching a movie or listing to music, their very well balanced. They feel good on the head, very snug.I would buy these cans again.

Overall, the Razer Kraken V3 X headset is impressive.Sound:The 7.1 surround sound (software required) is a great step up from my previous headset, a £15 headset that was unremarkable and lacking. I was quite frankly surprised at how easy it was in games to make out where sounds were coming from (Valorant, GTAV, CSGO to name a few) in relation to where my character was positioned.One area where the audio is less impressive is music. The low frequencies sound a little muddy, and the highs lack structure, in comparison to my other headphones (Sony WH-H910N). I am not hugely disappointed by this, as the headset is not advertised to have studio-quality sound for music.Build/Ergonomics:The headset is comfortable, with the ear cups sitting around my ears rather well. the headband is soft and forgiving, allowing for longer gaming periods. The build quality isn't excellent however. The frame of the headphones are entirely plastic, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but the size adjusters on the sides lack a smoothness in movement. I am not really one to rage at games, but if you find yourself the type to be destructive when succumbing to a poor game mechanic (because it is always the game's fault) I would recommend you do not take your anger out on your Razer Kraken V3 X headset.The input USB wire for the headset does seem to kink without great difficulty, but it does feel sturdy enough for day-to-day use.Mic:The mic quality seems to be good, with my friends noticing an improvement over my old headset in a Discord call (the headset being Discord Certified). Sure, it won't transmit your voice as well as a £500 studio microphone, but for an all-in one package it does the job.In conclusion, the Kraken V3 X is a solid headset for £70, even more so for the £40 I acquired it for in an Amazon sale

Nearly didn't purchase these because of bad reviews but for the money they are really good. The noise cancelling cups are of a great standard. The build quality and look is excellent. The only thing I'd say, this is my 4th headset along the years and this one has the most flimsiest head strap but as long as you don't over stretch them I think they will be fine. No offence but there is a guy that has posted a picture of him wearing the headset and complaining that the head strap had cracked, yet again no offence but he has a very large head and I don't think this headset stood a chance

Incredibly comfortable and lightweight, fantastic sound, mic quality is exceptional, 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮, muffs are slightly worn but to be expected. Would recommend!! 😁

KRAKEN V3 X USBMy first Razer product, though a PC gamer all my life. Just got it. Not impressed. Seriously considering returning it.Pros:- Decent build quality.- RGB lighting looks cool.- Feels quite comfortable, even if a little tight.- USB. Not sure if it counts as a Pro though since quite standard.Cons:- Driver for enabling 7.1 locked behind activation key which requires account signup, product registration, proof of purchase and handing over lots of info about me.- Same driver only available as an online installer. Can't download an offline one in case their servers are temporarily/permanently down.- Above mentioned well-guarded driver, combined with the original base driver install a total of THREE Windows audio devices. That's just poor design.- 7.1 effect somewhat subtle compared to normal (stereo) mode, and greatly lowers volume down too.- Audio quality a bit iffy and the sharp trebles pierce my ears.All that hassle for such poor excuse for virtual surround software/experience. Their software is their biggest downfall.My last headset, Plantronics Gamecom 780, worked a lot better, didn't require a single piece of personal data being handed over, had a button for toggling virtual sound mode, drivers were publicly downloadable offline installers, installed only ONE audio device in Windows, sounded so much better, and were louder. Their shortcoming was the frame was a little fragile.

Got these on a limb as my previous headphones gave up after many years of use. They were great. Really comfortable, great sound and immersive with Razer Chroma. And for the price I could not fault them.However, today (3 months after purchase) the left ear stopped working and I am having to send them back. Not great for what is supposed to be a quality product and is not used every day. I was hoping for a lot more use out of them before something went wrong.

Hab mir das Razer Kraken V3 jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal geholt . Für mich sitzt es einfach perfekt . Klar kann man über die Tonqualität bei gewissen Sachen sprechen aber ich benutze es zu 95% zum zocken und komme damit sehr gut klar ! Mein erstes ist leider kaputt gegangen ( war aber meine Schuld da mir es ziemlich heftig auf den Boden geknallt ist ) . Verarbeitung ist prima und auch nach langem tragen gibt es keine Druckstellen

Le son est bon. Il faut au moins 3 logiciels Razer pour gérer le RGB et pour avoir les options de sons du casque. C'est un peu long mais heureusement je n'ai pas eu de problèmes avec cela. Le micro suffit pour se faire comprendre, il ne faut pas non-plus s'attendre à un son de dingue. Pour le prix ce casque est super.

Ho atteso di aver testato per bene queste cuffie della Razer prima di scrivere questa recensione.Acquistate espressamente per il gaming, sono voluto rimanere in casa Razer a seguito dell'acquisto del mouse, e non potrei essere più soddisfatto dell'acquisto.Le cuffie si presentano già dal packaging di alto livello e in linea con i prodotti della Razer.Costruiti con materiali top, risultano essere estremamente comode grazie e grandi padiglioni auricolari morbidi, che ti isolano bene dall'ambiente circostante, gli archetti sono espandibili per ogni misura e i padiglioni sono snodabili in senso verticale garantendo la perfetta adattabilità a qualsiasi testa.Audio: non avrei potuto fare scelta più azzeccata, audio potente (non lo utilizzo a più del 60 percento o resterei sordo alla lunga), con bassi ben definiti che ben permettono di distinguere passi e suoni minori nello spazio garantendoti un notevole vantaggio sugli avversari. Ottima la possibilità di regolare l'audio e silenziare il microfono direttamente dalla pulsantiera posta sul padiglione di sinistra. Inoltre essendo una periferica con cavo non presenta lag tra gioco e cuffie.Come detto i padiglioni molto generosi nelle dimensioni isolano bene dal rumore esterno, tanto da darvi una perfetta immersione nel gioco.Anche il microfono fa il suo sporco lavoro, in accoppiata con i programmi dedicati isola dai rumori di sottofondo facendovi comunicare perfettamente con il vostro team.L'unica pecca, a volerne trovare una, è il microfono non removibile, che si adatta alle vostre esigenze semplicemente piegando l'asticella, anche se di ottima fattura, temo che alla lunga possa dare problemi e non essendo removibile, non può essere sostituito.Chiude la descrizione il design, semplice e minimale come piace a me, con un tocco di luce data dai led rgb posti in corrispondenza del simbolo Razer sulla parte esterna dei padiglioni.
