I have gone through a lot of water flossers and all of them died in less than a year, however this water flosser is still going strong after a year.

Flosser is a great value for money. Performs well. I have another full size Flosser as well and wanted something for travel. This one fits the purpose and performs comparatively very well with the full size one.

Good battery back up and helpful remove the plaque in between my teeth regularly. Sometimes the gums are bleeding. So im doing only three times per week..I do oil pulling also after cleaning with water flosser

This is my second water flosser. The first one broke (I didn't get it on Amazon and it wasn't this brand), but I prefer this one sooo much more.

Very bad product. Stopped working after 10 months. Warranty says 1 year but I have been fighting with Amazon for 2 weeks to apply warranty. Do not buy this product.

Works fine. There are things you may not like though: Normally a floss does have a secondary water access port on a side of a tank. This item doesn't have it. Not convenient to refill (i do it once every time flossing). Normally a floss has a weighted end of water tube located inside of the water tank. It helps with consistent water supply at all times until the tank is empty. This item doesn't have it - so the working volume of the tank decreases because if you are not positioning your floss exactly well then your pump starts puking air.

Excellent value for money. I'm writing this review after 2 months of buying this water flosser. Pressure is strong. Materials are very good. Battery life is about 3 weeks per charge. It is much more practical than the normal floss string. It cleans my gums pockets (between teeth) like nothing have done before also it's not very expensive

Item is exactly like described, read the instructions carefully before using, bigger than i thought and it takes time to get used to holding it. You need to fill the tank completely for a more seamless process. I recommend. It will be difficult to handle for children.

I had my last sonicare water flosser for barely over 1 year & it stopped working (all the lights came on when charging, but nothing would work. I can only guess it wasn't as water resistant as they claim. Water runs down my arm as i use them, but never got it more wet than what would get on it that way, & i always kept the rubber cover over the charge port). I didn't want to spend $80 on another name brand water flosser that may not last. So, i decided to try a less expensive brand. It works just as well, the attachments i had left from my sonicare flossers actually fit this one, too. The one thing i hate about these is the power button placement. It needs a switch, not a button, in my opinion. It's not a knock against this brand, because they all are in a horrible place, no matter the brand, because they all try to look & function similarly. When i use them on my bottom teeth, i have to readjust my hand position. When i do that, my finger comes off of the power button. So, when i want to turn it off, I can't always find the correct button immediately. If I take it out of my mouth to look, water squirts everywhere. The only other option is to let all the water run out. Very frustrating, but i had the same issue with every one of these water flossers. I just need to get used to this one. I saw some mention the water runs out too quickly. It's fine for me. I get between every tooth, & there's still water left. It has good power, & has worked great so far. Of course, i can't speak to longevity yet, but with a 2 year warranty, i hope it will be fine. My last 2 were gifts, so i had no receipt to get sonicare to fix them. I also haven't seen how long the battery lasts, but that's not a huge deal for me, as i have an outlet in my bathroom to charge easily. This device does everything i expected, & works great. I like the sonicare tios better, because they have a bit of rubber on them that i can sometimes touch my gums with to make sure I'm getting between my back teeth. The tios on this are just hard plastic, so i will need to learn to use them differently, or just keep using the sonicare tips for now. Edit 2 on 2/18/25: i updated the review a few minutes ago to say there was no charging light, but then i looked at the manual which says there is. So, i tried a different cable, & it does actually have charging lights (the same lights that tell which mode you're using). The cable i used was a USB-C on both ends, & is fast charging for my phone. I tried the USB-C with a USB-A end like the device comes with, & it actually does have a charge light, & i was mistaken. Sorry for not checking this before updating the review. The device is still working great, but i wasn't sure it had a "battery low" light, so i wanted to charge it (I've had my sonicare flosser run out of battery mid use, because i wasn't paying attention to the "battery low" light). It's been 1 month & it's still on the very first charge. I had to charge my sonicare at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. The battery is amazing on this device. They also sent me some free replacement tips for registering the device for the warranty, so that's cool, & something potential customers should know, too.
