Love this product! I bought it for my dad who has dementia as I read that familiar smells can help jog the memory of someone suffering with that awful disease. He is so happy with it and lights the sod everyday. Safe to say I'm the favourite child this week 😜

Gorgeous cottage. Check measurements! smaller then thought, especially with high price. Accidentally ended up with two cottages as ebay payment system went down. Contacted seller via Ebay and their e.mail immediately cancelled one. But no one replied and sent out two. I have to pay to return the second. Would not buy iff them again. Usually return post is free with Amazon.

This product really is perfect, the smell hits you the second it's lit. My mother and I instantly smiled as we had missed the distinctive aroma of turf. Great idea!

I bought this for my parents for Christmas. It's very small & doesn't look worth the money, but it is!! My parents are delighted with it & recommended it to everyone. It may be small but it packs a punch. My dad complained the turf is difficult to light with a lighter, it just takes a while to catch. But he burned it in the gas hob & it worked better!

'Tis a fine day to sit by the fire and shoot the breeze with a cup of tea with a friend!! Love this little cottage with its turf burning fire. To get some hot burning going light a candle and hold to the corner of the turf till it takes, then blow gently on it. Once smoking put cottage over it. Really fills the room with its scent and reminds me of Ireland years ago.

Lovely gift for a lady wanting to retire in Ireland. She loved it . Thought it would have been slightly bigger, but really great gift.
