I take this to help manage SIBO. Works great. Highly recommend if you have yucky stuff in your gut you need to get rid of. I will say, that this is a herb. If you take it for gut issues and you feel terrible on it, stop taking it. It isn’t the right one for you. Not everyone can take the same herb. I tried olive leaf before and neem works better for me.
