I work in a hot tropical climate. After a long day or just a long walk, water sometimes doesn't seem quite enough to quench thirst. These tablets are super for doing just that and restoring energy levels. I think lime flavour is by far the best, very enjoyable as a drink in its own right even without the restorative qualities

These are great. Summer is here, and the weather is hot. I've always found that I feel awful the morning after an evening run, and I think these might be the solution. One of these in a glass of water after a run and I feel rehydrated and much better the next morning. They're really effective. They're fizzy tablets, so really easy to use. Just pop them in a glass of water (don't use a sports bottle, they're too big and they don't taste good that diluted), wait for the fizz to stop and drink. The taste is quite refreshing as well, better than just plain water after a run, and it disguises the salty taste very well.

My partner and I have recently taken up an exercise regime that’s been leaving me tired with no energy. I’ve also been getting quite a few muscle cramps and after googling these symptoms, I wondered if I needed a boost in electrolytes. I ordered this multi pack, which arrives as 8 tubes of ten tablets. I snap a tablet in half and pop both halves in my water bottle and take it with me when I’m exercising. The taste of these aren’t sweet and rather bitter but I prefer that as I find it more refreshing. Since using these, I think I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels. I’m not so lethargic and don’t seem to be cramping up as much (obviously this could be to do with the exercise making me fitter) but I’ll keep taking these regardless as they flavour my water which encourages me to drink more. These tablets aren’t calorie free and Each tablet has about 10 calories and 1.2 carbs, so if you follow a keto diet/diabetic, you may have to take the sugar content into consideration. I do think that this pack is quite pricey compared to the zero electrolytes brand which contain twice as many tablets with no calories or sugar and to be honest, I’d probably purchase the zero packs again rather than this nuun brand, as I prefer a zero sugar/carb option.

This box of Sport Electrolytes comes as 8 separate tubes containing 10 tablets in each, making 80 tablets in total. Each tube measures approximately 10cm long x 3cm in diameter, so is a nice compact size for keeping in your bag or jacket. The tablets are taken by dropping 1 tablet in a glass of 300ml of water and wating for the tablet to fully dissolve, then stir and consume immediately. The pack advises that you can take up to 3 tablets a day, but I found 1 tablet a day to be sufficient for me. The flavour I tried was Lemon Lime which I found to be a pleasant and subtle taste, making them easy to drink. I have used these when indulging in sports activities but I have also found they work great when just at work. Come 3pm in the afternoon at work I am starting to feel bored and low on energy and I have found that having 1 of these tablets in a glass of water really perks me up for the rest of the day. They may initially seem quite expensive, but for my 1 a day usage the pack will last almost 3 months, so in reality pricing is fair. I have been using these now for about 3 weeks and certainly feel they have boosted my energy when it starts to get low. Recommended.

The taste of these tablets is not the greatest as they are not that sweet like some others are. You do have the taste of Lemon Lime , but it is not a strong taste.
