Really easy to use, but better to get some footies with the non slip dots on it so it can slide easier. I cannot regret this purchase because I definitely need to lose weight and I wanted something I can use at home.

I enjoyed using them, but there is no lip to prevent your foot from coming off the slider. I am still a beginner working out and I find these are a challenge to even stay under my feet.

Better overall than I expected. Like the thickness and ease of use.
