Emily's Heirloom Pound Cakes Original ROUND

The cake was good. It was also larger than expected. I believe it would have been better if not shipped. Too difficult to maintain freshness.

Our cake was dry, slightly overbaked. The flavor was bland.

I had been searching for “real” pound cake for 5 years. Not the grocery store kind - a real pound cake like somebody’s grandmama made. This is IT! From bite 1, this cake was everything I wanted. Waiting for the next occasion to order it (but I probably won’t wait).

Great old fashion pound cake. When I first opened it was heavy and I didn’t have much faith. But baby, the cake was great! Packed with flavor! It was on the pricey side but well worth it.

The cake was OK...IT was fresh and just not extra ordinary. I have catered and sweets were my forte so I am nota good judge.....for the price plus shipping and tax it was exorbitant and, to me, not worth buying again.

I’ve got to be totally honest with my description about my ordered.This was my third purchase from Emily’s and I will be ordering many more of her products in the future because the cakes are delicious and wholesome.06/03/2022Well, it’s like I said I would. Cake is marvelous. I'm delighted with it. Please remove my negative rating which was made when tracking showed the cake elsewhere yet cake was reported as delivered prior to its arrival. That was USPS error.

The taste and texture was great. Cake was so good and fresh. Moist from the box. I will purchase another one for Easter and other holidays. Great Customer Service!
