It does what it states but has NO apple flavor at all, it smells like straight up apple cider vinegar, I could have put citric acid and apple cider vinegar in a bottle with some splenda and apple flavor and it probably would have been better. Really disappointed in this stuff. Huge waste of $11. Most expensive apple cider vinegar I've ever bought. Do yourself a favor and just but a spray bottle at the dollar store and fill it with apple cider vinegar and water. It smells so bad I literally have to was it off before using my night guard which I'm pretty sure defeats the purpose but its better than gagging. I cant imagine a baby or small child willingly sucking on something with this stuff on it.
