This product is pretty amazing helps with making sure you are balanced and ready to go. During my cycles it seem to help my cramps be more tolerable.

Did not work for me
Wanted this to work, but unable to find out. It triggered migraines for me. I will stick with Fair Haven Isofresh. After 8 days of use and having to take additional migraine medication decided to stop this product. The migraines stopped.
