This was my first time ordering and trying Shilajit. I am very impressed with the product! It came quickly and it is a nice size for travel or storage in your home. As someone who is a minimalist and loves to travel I really appreciate that it comes in an easy to use and mess-reduced container. It is a pretty sticky substance, but melted easily enough in hot water making it really easy to add it to my morning tea. I also found that the taste isn't so bad when you drink with a tea with a stronger flavor like mint or cinnamon.I encourage people to try the product as there are so many health benefits to Shilajit and it is not super widely known like other enhancements. I work at a health foods store and would love to eventually add this enhancement to our list. I've been using it for about a month now and can see a change in my energy levels as well as cognitive function. I have a lot of skin sensitivities and it hasn't effected me negatively in any way, but I do think it's helping clearing up some of my irritation since Shilajit has been known to be a stress-reducer. While it has helped with gut health and bloating, I'm not positive yet on the effects of weight loss. Then again, I am only a month in and am curious to see the continuous effects it will have on my health. Overall, love this product and am glad I decided to give it a try!

This shilajit resin is an excellent quality - I take this resin for its trace minerals. The resin is true to authentic shilajit taste - coffee-like - and is no so concentrated that it is difficult to dispense. A vey good value.

Product arrived quickly and I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. Easy to mix into a warm glass of water. The taste isn’t strong but is pretty earthy when drank by itself. I started adding it to my tea in the morning and can’t even tell it’s there. Good product and will order again.

It's an acquired taste, yes. I was pretty sure that would be the case when I ordered it, but it has been well worth it. I do feel it is a high quality product, and I will be ordering more of it once I use up what I have. I started off with a small amount, and then progressed to the standard amount ... to get used to the taste. This small jar of product goes surprising a long way before you can come close to the bottom of the jar. I now look forward to having a cup of this product for my "relax/wind-down/reflect" time of day. I do feel physically better since adding just this item to my already acquired habit of a nutrient rich healthy diet and regular exercise. I also like the cute little spoon-ette that comes with the product - it gets hot when I hold it like a normal spoon, but if I hold the sides of the spoon-ette instead it's not too hot to hold while stirring product off of it.

Its hard like a rock and no matter how hot liquid I put this into it does not dissolve at all. Very hard like a rock

I have tried several brands of shilajit and I never know what I'm going to get until it arrives (There is a fair amount of fakery in the shilajit market). I'm happy to report that this seems to be one of the good brands. This shilajit has the hard resinous texture and bitter, earthy taste that I've come to expect from authentic shilajit. Overall, this seems to be the real deal and a good-quality product.
