The reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because it came already turned on when I opened the box and I have to buy new batteries for it. Since the batteries are small and a certain kind I have to order them online because I can't find them in my local stores...I still haven't gotten batteries for it so I really hope it will be brighter than how I got it when I get new batteries for it.

I like it but not sure if it was supposed to have the light option to change color. Could not get any feedback wither frim seller or other buyers.
