Would these be good for parcel boxes for post office drops? Or not enough space?

I don,t know what size box you're talking about, but the bags would roughly fit two large boxes of cornflakes (plus smaller things around)... hope this helps

100% cotton with nylon zip?

definitely a good quality heavyweight cotton, not sure what the Zip is made of, but excellent bags

Could these be used for tie dye?

I’m not sure, I think that bleaching agent would need to be included if wanting to tie-dye colours with the black bags as they are firmly dyed black and there is very little colour-run when washed.

Are they waterproof in anyway?

No, not waterproof but as they are cotton canvas you could spray with a waterproofing product (Fabsil or similar) to achieve some form of water repellency.
