So far I'm very happy with this 3600 unit. I've combined it with 1,000w of solar to run an off grid 20' container/shed. The window unit AC and lights can stay on and run for days on end. The software is upgraded for better control over my E1000lfp. My only complaints are the cooling fans are a bit loud and I wish the charge controller handled more than 20A. The 150v-20A solar inputs make sizing panels a bit harder. For the money, features and functions you get, this is an amazing unit.

I did a lot of research and found that this e3600 does everything I need for my van conversion. It has a 12 volt 30 amp out put that runs my two refrigerators, my fan, all my lites, and 12 volt air conditioner. It also will take more charging input than any other unit I researched. Even has a 30 amp ac input and output. Before you make a decision check this unit out. With its features I’m amazed at the price. And costumer service has been helpful and they answer ther phone.

Works great runs my ac unit with no issues and gives relatively accurate battery life guess for what power I’m pulling only thing I wish was different was the ability to change charging wattage to something lower than 1000 I’m ok if it takes all day to charge

I wanted to like this battery. I spent ages looking for a battery that did not require a phone app to use, and the front panel controls were a very nice feature, and the battery was extremely cost effective for its capacity. Honestly if it were not for a single problem that makes the battery completely useless, this would be a 4 or 5 star review. The problem is that the battery is *completely useless* as a UPS, despite advertising a UPS mode. I have contacted support over my issue and received a replacement battery, but both batteries I've received have the same issue. When used in UPS mode, the battery will trickle discharge over the course of a week or two and then remain at 0% charge while the front panel display says "80%" or whatever you set the charge limit to. It does not matter how many times you calibrate the battery, I've tried this now with *two* batteries several times, this issue is persistent and unavoidable. The voltage on the front panel display that you expect to see for 80% is, say, somewhere in the range of 53V-54V, but as you leave the battery plugged in it will (depending on the rate of energy you are using to power your devices), trickle all the way down to 0%. Then, when your power goes out, you may get a minute or two of use on a *3kw battery*. I've included a picture of the issue, 46.3V is a completely discharged battery! I don't know who this product is for. Customer support has now told me that "I should calibrate the battery every month" as though that is a solution. Considering that the battery trickle discharges every week and a half to two weeks, that's basically saying "this problem is expected". This is not usable as a UPS battery, it may ONLY be appropriate for solar power, where it is discharging and charging every day? I have no idea. I am out *$1,000* with a useless piece of crap. Buy a better battery from a more reputable manufacturer and just suffer through crappy phone apps and having your battery connect to wifi I guess. I'm going to try to use this battery for *something* but I might literally just take it to be recycled. Caveat emptor!

Has served me and my family well for emergency backup power, great charging speed, it’s a little heavy so I did purchase the trolly to help me move it around easier, I have a bad back so that was never going to work 😂, minimal noise and size is no too cumbersome, overall I’ve had no issues and would definitely buy again
