Outstanding Support
Great little vacuum for hard flooring. Probably useless on carpet. It has an issue with even the small foot wiping rugs in front of exterior doors. The little motorized brush stalls out on rugs and then the vac has to be turned off/on to "reboot" it to get it running again. The only other minor complaint is that the handle and balance are just a bit "off" and it would be great if the handle had some sort of soft grippy finish to make it easier to hang onto. Other that those two minor issues this is a great vac. Plenty of suction and the motorized brush really works to pick up pet hairs and all the other dust and fluff that accumulate on our dark hardwood flooring. Easy to grab from its wall hanger/charging station and make a quick run around the rooms. The motorized brush head is low enough to get under most furniture and the "headlights" on the brush head really light up the stuff that needs to be sucked up. I love it. Without the two minor items mentioned it would be a strong five stars. 12/6/2024 Edit: After using the vac for several weeks I noticed that when I "turned left" the brush motor and headlights quit. But only when turning sharply left. Apparently a wire or connector inside the brush head was not making contact when turning sharply left. I contacted Tineco via their online chat and explained the issue. They sent me an email and asked me to take a short video of the problem. Through a few email exchanges their support was quick and knowlegeable. As soon as the problem was diagnosed they right away sent me a new brush head to replace the defective one. Problem solved. Definitely five stars for their support.

Total disappointment
I was so excited to try a Tineco after a friend talked hers up for years. She has an A11 Hero, and I've watched it obliterate piles of glitter on her floor. Unfortunately, I couldn't find that same model for sale new, so I thought I'd go with one of the newer ones. I vacuumed approximately a third of my total carpet area before the battery died. On a completely full charge (overnight, as recommended in the manual) it did a living room, short hallway, and 1.5 bedrooms. During that time, it repeatedly choked up and had to be restarted. I estimate at least one more full charge will be needed to finish my house, probably a little more. The dust container is tiny, and had to be emptied multiple times even in that small area. Which wouldn't be so bad, except that it's designed in such a way that in order to get the opening of the canister below the opening of the trash can (to avoid dumping dust everywhere) you have to either remove the stick and floor piece, or remove the dust bucket itself. Removing the dust bucket is a whole other problem. I found it easiest to do after also removing the battery, creating a whole extra step. Then, there's a little trigger underneath the dust bucket that must be released, leaving you to catch it as it falls. Getting it back on is a nightmare, even after being forced to practice. God forbid you drop the canister during this process, it will roll across your kitchen, spewing dust from the vacuum entry hole at the top. At least the vacuum does work well on tile floor, to clean up that mess. While charging, I've noticed that the adapter gets very hot. Hot to the point that I would not leave it charging unattended. The one good thing I can say is that it was nice on the stairs. The lighter weight and the range of vertical swivel on the head made that chore easy, after I recharged it from the first session. If you have "$200+ vacuum just for your stairs" money, it might be worth it. I don't know anyone in that tax bracket. I got this on sale for roughly $180 after tax, and it will not be staying in my house. I'll use the refund to get a decent corded one that won't need so much babying.

Amazing!
This is an amazing vacuum for the price! We put it in our AirBNB and didn't expect it to be as amazing as it is. I don't even bring my bigger vacuum with me when I turn over the home because this works so well! Battery lasts long and it doesn't take long to charge. I really like that it has a holder that also connects to the charger so there is no worry about excess cords.

Very powerful
It’s heavier than I would like it to be and you can’t adjust the level for area rugs. It will suck the rugs up and the brush stops. With that said, I love the power it has and it’s so easy to change out the attachements

Good Vacuum But Some Issues
I'm keeping it primarily because the battery lasts just long enough for the area I need to vacuum and it does a good job cleaning my floors (hard wood, tile, rugs). However, I've tried 2 of these vacuums, 3 times each, always on the lowest (economy) setting and the battery lasts 40 minutes max. I see no way this battery would ever last 60 minutes. It is loud, much louder than any vacuum I've every owned. I bought this on sale for $160 which helps in my decision to keep it.

Tineco A30S stick vacuum is a good product. Would recommend to my friends.
Tineco A30s stick vacuum is performing as specified. Like the easy handling and light weight. Bought specifically to use for quick clean ups on my hardwood floors, so I don't have to drag out my Electrolux cannister vac. What I do not like is AMAZON. This item was advertised at $229.00 on the day I ordered it. A day or two later, when I checked the ship date, the same product was advertised at $169 on sale. My order had not even shipped yet. Called Amazon for a credit of the difference $63.60. TT Roman who said he would take care of. He did not. Called back 19 days later when no credit appeared on my cc statement and talked to Snaha, she found no record of a credit and I asked to have it escalated to a supervisor- TT James. He said I had to repackage the vacuum, schlepp it to the ups store, have Amazon issue a full credit, then reorder the item at the sale price. Mind you, the sale had already ended. What a load of horse manure. This is just one more reason why I will not be ordering from Amazon in the future. I contacted Tineco-the manufacturer, they were wonderful!!!!!!!! Immediately checked into the transaction price and said they would issue a refund for the difference in regular and sale pricing. Amazon is becoming more and more difficult and dishonest. Luckily, there are many other vendors from which to choose to do business with in the future. Amazon will not be on my list.

Excellent Stick Vacuum for a Decent Price
I've been using this vacuum for a little over a month and I purchased it because our other stick vacuum is Tineco brand and has been running steadily for years with little upkeep/maintenance needed. This newer version has been nice because the suction strength automatically adjusts based on the level of debris or flooring type. The vacuum is easy to empty and holds a lot. One of my favorite features of this vacuum is the ability to remove the battery and charge it. You do not need to take the top of the vacuum apart or use a clunky charger mount to charge the battery.

Short lived
This vacuum lasted exactly one year before it stopped working. We use it a few times a week to spot clean crumbs from the kids so nothing outrageous. The vacuum worked really well and I was very happy with it. It has a feature that ramps up the suction when it detects crumbs and that seems to be the issue. When I vacuum now it just does nothing and then will ramp up but it’s not actually picking anything up. Such a bummer, I expected more than a year of use!

You can't beat this vacuum cleaner.
The suction on this Tineco Stick vacuum cleaner is so strong it could lift the carpet off the floor. I have 5 other stick vacuums , a Hoover Zenith, a dyson 11, a shark ? i forget and two little cheapies that i keep upstairs. the Tineco leaves them all for dead. There is a drawback to this machine though and that is it is very heavy. I am going to purchase another one for my son as he manages the weight just fine, on the flat and on the stairs, so guess who's inherited a new job?

Powerful Cleaning Made Easy
I’m really impressed with this cordless stick vacuum cleaner. The suction power is surprisingly strong for a lightweight, cordless design—it picks up dust, pet hair, and debris effortlessly from both hard floors and carpets. I also appreciate the long battery life, which easily lasts through a full cleaning session without needing a recharge. One feature that really stands out is the LED headlight on the vacuum head. It makes a huge difference when cleaning under furniture or in darker corners, helping me spot dust I would have otherwise missed. The larger capacity dustbin is another big plus, as I don’t have to empty it as frequently, making cleaning more convenient. The only downside is that it feels a little heavy after extended use, especially when cleaning higher areas like ceilings or curtains. However, considering its strong performance and useful features, it’s a minor trade-off. Overall, this vacuum offers excellent value with powerful performance, thoughtful design, and practical features that make everyday cleaning much easier.

It's a great buy! Love it
The vacuum is the best thing that I bought for my house. Thank you to all the previous users who have left useful information that helped me make my decision to buy this vacuum. My scenario: 3 levels of house, 4 children, 1 dog who sheds a lot, 3 cars and all floors are laminate+tiles. There are no carpets in the house. Any mats that are in use are the thick rubber mats from Costco. Pros: excellent suction power, auto detection of bigger messes and suction adjusts automatically, lights are amazing on the floor cleaning attachment and helps pick up dirt in the dark. I use it everyday and with my dog the main floor has been never that clean. Dirtbin is super easy to clean and tonnes of YouTube videos on how to deep clean it and keep it running for long time. The narrow nozzle attachment and the brush sit on top of each other so it is a space saver when storing the attachments and a trip saver when cleaning. Makes cars vacuuming a breeze. Cons: it is a bit heavier so kids have to use both hands to move it. There are no lights on the narrow nozzle so you need to switch on the lights. It is high on noise when using the floor cleaner. These are the only reasons I did not give a full 5 star rating to this product. Things that I considered when making this purchase: price (comparable brands are 500 bucks and this was close to 250), durability - no Internet mentions of battery explosions, battery runtime - I did the run with my wired vacuum and it took me 30 mins to clean the mainfloor so I bought the 40 min runtime battery model (this is perfect for me), other reviews - people left reviews that it is not for carpets and it is so true. If you try to run the vacuum on a light mat, it will stop working. The suction auto adjusts, the mat gets sucked in and you will have to switch off the vacuum to release the mat. Vacuum cleaning - my wired vacuum was iwoly bought from amazon. After 2 months of cleaning I cleaned the dirt bin and there was no way to pull out the attachment fully and even after changing the filters there was lurking dog hair smell that made me sick every time I switched the vacuum on. It is important to me that I could take out the attachments and then clean them fully and keep my vacuum running for a longer time. Finally I did not rush! Did my research, watched YouTube videos on vacuum reviews, vacuum cleaning and waited for Black Friday sales. Hope this helps! Good luck.
