Nice folio case, but the pen holder is awkward
The pen kind of flaps around in the breeze, and the loop clasp that holds the pen also gets in the way when you try to shut the case. I think it's difficult to find a good place to put the pen on such a thin tablet. This doesn't bother me because I don't use the pen, so I removed the loop clasp (it's magnetic on both ends) and I'm left with just a nice folio case that snaps shut magnetically and also holds the tablet in place using magnets.

Too expensive for the quality
Price is extortionate for a case of this quality. Magnetic interference during usage.

This is a $45 piece of crap. It was bad enough that Amazon wouldn't let me cancel an order I accidentally submitted, but then was late with once I had paid, but then tablet order was delivered by a driver incapable of following clear instructions, Then this item, also late, is charged at the ridiculous price of $45 as part of a bundle. The case is written up as being magnetic. But for the absurd price of $45, it is NOT magnetic. It's in two parts. The main case is not magnetic and does hold the tablet. What is magnetic is a detached stylus holder with two magnets to wrap around one side of the case and also functions as a stylus loop. That anyone charge $45 for this crappy product is a surprise. My experience with Boox products via Amazon so far is consistent (2 tablets, 2 case stylus): Late delivery from Amazon; substandard products from Boox and another supplier (case), and the wrong stylus for yet another supplier. Two e-paper tablets from Boox and neither is useful if you have reading glasses and/or are in low-light environment. Very very disappointing in the multiple products from both Boox and two other vendors, as well as Amazon's delivery and their persistent driver behavior of not following instructions. If I could rate this a zero, i would have.

Pros: - Being purpose built for the Go 10.3, in the hand it has a fit and finish that I haven't had luck finding with third party offerings. It feels good and substantial in the hand. - The pen binding was originally a con for me but after switching to a stylus that had a clip and no magnets, it's a huge pro. Slip the clip over its midpoint, snap it to the case. A much neater solution than stick-on pen loops. - The cover is sturdy. This device really does not want to bend or flex, and the case is built with that in mind. It feels substantial when you're setting it down or slipping it in a bag. For actual drop protection though, you probably want a different case. Cons: - When using the case in landscape mode, it feels like the magnets barely hold onto the device. With the device being so fragile, I don't trust it. Once I was reading at a table when my cat decided to join me, but first she had to rub her face against the corner of the tablet. The tablet detached from the case. I understand that these two cons work against each other. I hope they can square that circle for future devices. - The case looks like drywall.

I dont know why there are some many negative comments on this product. I believe it executes its funtions really well in terms of protacting from dirt and scratches. Now if you want actual drop protection, I believe its not ideal. I like the way it is and is pretty

Should have listened to the reviews. As others have noted, this cover is badly designed and badly executed. Magnets don’t hold the device very well (so can’t really use it to prop up for reading) and the detachable clasp is a disaster and useless for holding the stylus. I think it will protect when in a bag going on an airplane, but that’s the best I can say.
