I'm confused on which one I really need... I was able to remove the arrowhead vacuum breaker that i can't find anywhere locally....

We can help. Take a tape measure and measure the outside width of the threads on the spigot (with vacuum breaker removed). If it measures 1-1/16" or less, you need the SM01. If it measures 1-1/8 or a little over, you need the SM01.125. You can also just measure the inside threads of the adapter you removed. It will measure 1" for the SM01 or 1-1/8" for the SM01.125

Hello! i took calipers to the male threads coming off of my nibco classic pro faucet, and it's measuring at 1.24. i'm in the us, is sm-xxl right?

1 1/8 seems to be the thread size. Your 1.125 is just to big but according to your information, your 1.0 might be too small. Do I exchange for 1.0 siz
