Duskmourn: House of Horror Play Booster Box

The card variety in this set is certainly there with the inclusion of doors for an enchantment style. The mechanic is neat and rather entertaining on how this set is built out feeding into the creature types and the mechanic play. The cards are pretty solid overall, with a few exceptions on the gritty feel on some of the cards, but they are what most customers likely expect when they are buying MTG cards. Great set with some fun mechanics and awesome cards leaving someone to have a great time playing MTG.

great set cool room mechanic. Not a good set if you care a lot about expensive cards, if you want expensive and good i would personally choose bloomborrow but thats just my opinion even though it cost a little more so it depends your budget. overall cool good playability and nice art.

I picked a mtg booster box to purchase and Duskmourn looked like a great set to collect.

Duskmourn: House of Horror nails the creepy atmosphere. The dark art, unsettling flavor, and horror-inspired mechanics make every pack fun to open and every game feel tense. It’s a standout set for anyone who enjoys MTG with a darker, more immersive theme. Great for drafts, sealed, and horror fans alike.

Annoyed that one of the foil cards is actually a display card and not a usable card. Seems a similar situation happened with a few other people too. Overall the set was decent, got a good variety without too many duplicates luckily. Lots of cards I got were from the duskmourn series. Overall happy with the value of it for the price

The box came in excellent conditions. Although I didn’t had that much luck opening the booster packs, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. The art of this collection is amazing!

Il Play Booster Box è il formato standard del 2026, pensato sia per chi ama sbustare in cerca di carte rare, sia per chi vuole organizzare un Draft o un Sealed con gli amici. L'Esperienza di Gioco: Nuove Meccaniche da Brivido Duskmourn non si limita all'estetica; introduce dinamiche che cambiano il ritmo della partita: Stanze (Rooms): Sono carte incantesimo bifacciali che rappresentano i luoghi della villa. Puoi "sbloccare" una metà della carta pagandone il costo, e in seguito sbloccare l'altra per ottenere un secondo effetto permanente. È una meccanica tattica molto profonda. Manifestazione Manifesta (Manifest Dread): Una versione potenziata della vecchia meccanica Manifest. Ti permette di guardare le prime due carte del mazzo, metterne una a faccia in giù come creatura 2/2 e l'altra al cimitero. Ottimo per alimentare strategie legate al cimitero. Delirio (Delirium): Ritorna una delle meccaniche più amate dai tempi di Innistrad, premiandoti se hai almeno quattro tipi di carta diversi nel tuo cimitero. Cosa trovi nel Play Booster Box? Il box contiene 36 bustine, e ogni bustina è progettata per essere equilibrata: Possibilità di Rare Multiple: In ogni pacchetto puoi trovare da 1 a 4 carte di rarità Rara o Mitica. Questo rende l'apertura molto più eccitante rispetto ai vecchi Draft Booster. Carte Showcase e Foil: Il design "Double Exposure" e le varianti "Mirror Monster" catturano perfettamente l'atmosfera da film horror vintage. Le illustrazioni sono disturbanti, colorate e decisamente uniche nel panorama di Magic. Il "List": C'è una probabilità di trovare ristampe di carte storiche a tema horror che non fanno parte del set principale ma che sono legali nei formati dove già risiedono. Cosa considerare? L'ambientazione è molto specifica. Se preferisci il fantasy classico (draghi, elfi e cavalieri), il look moderno/tecnologico di alcune carte di Duskmourn (come i sopravvissuti che sembrano usciti da Stranger Things) potrebbe farti storcere il naso. Inoltre, essendo un set molto incentrato sugli Incantesimi, richiede una certa attenzione nella costruzione del mazzo per non essere troppo lenti rispetto ai mazzi aggressivi. In breve Duskmourn: House of Horror è un set coraggioso, visivamente splendido e meccanicamente solido. Il Play Booster Box offre il miglior equilibrio tra il brivido del collezionismo e il piacere del gioco "Limited". Voto: 9/10 – Un incubo da cui non vorrai svegliarti.

Ich liebe dieses Horrorset von MTG. Man ist bei Amazon ja immer besonders vorsichtig ob man wirklich keine manipulierten Displays bekommt, aber hier war alles in Ordnung.
