First I want to thank this company for standing behind their products and providing quality service they have one of the best customer support I have ever encountered. They have a very fast response time and if you have any issues with the product they will quickly resolve it.I’ve had this product for almost two weeks. And ICYBREEZE Buddy has kept my over 100’s high temperature summer days comfortable. The performance of this product is outstanding. It has a nice misting system that cools you down. The portability of this product is the reason I chose this system.My Icybreeze buddy has a 10amp battery supply that came with a charging cable, and let me tell you the battery life has lasted more then 5 hours . I leave the fan on continuously and during the 5 hour span I would have to fill up the 1.5L container about 4x. When I get home to charge the battery it still shows two bars out of the three are still on, which to me seems like I can probably run way pass the 9-10 hour time if I tried.My job is working for a certain company with an eagle and we are constantly in the heat with little to no aid when it comes to heat. So having this misting system is way better then dirty hot fan they provide us with.This product speaks for itself. I have a few co workers that bought this product after I gave them a quick demonstration of how it works they were already on their phone looking at this brand and placing an order. If you or your family have outdoors activities but just can’t deal with the heat. I would definitely recommend this.

We have the machine not even 3 weeks and the misting does not work and only used 1 time. After researching found out this is common as the tube inside clogs up and is hard to get unclogged. All your doing is paying for the name, the icy breeze cooler is amazing we have that, this is why we thought the breeze fan would work I guess we were wrong, we are returning and looking for alternate machine. 100% don’t recommend

I love it, but the water tank will run dry VERY quickly. Easy to forget when you're in the pool and drinking beer. I haven't burned up the motor YET, but it's run out of water a few times. Only for just a brief moment. DG

I love the idea of this fan and bought it on the recommendation of a couple of neighbors; but have discovered a problem. The atomizer nozzle worked one time then stopped. This also happened to the neighbors who recommended this fan; one of whom bought extra atomizers/nozzles, though I couldn't find them on the company's website.I changed the atomizer nozzle out for the extra one that came with the fan and that one worked twice, then stopped. I use filtered water, so it shouldn't be clogging.There are no instructions on how to fix this problem. I even did an extensive online search. I tried calling technical support at the company and after being on hold for several minutes, sent a text as that was the advice on the recording. I will update this review if/when I get a response from the company.

the charge lasts for many hours. I had it at a baseball tournament and it worked like a champ. I purchased 2 fans--one uses water faster, so it requires to be filled more, but I didn't want to go to the hassle of returning for another. The nozzle on one had to be "fooled" with a bit, but wasn't too much of a big deal.

At first the purchase was ok. After a couple of weeks the water misting function became inoperable and the button won't even turn on or off any longer. Terrible product build which is ridiculous because it costs an outrageous price for a fan so as a customer I would expect my product to work for at least a couple of years. I didn't even get a couple of months.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this with the intention to use outside. I haven’t yet but I doors, it has allowed me to spare my A/C use up to the low 90s.It has also proven useful after a workout where despite a shower, I’m still sweating.So far the only negative is the one level. If I’m eating, it’ll cool my food so I wish there were levels.
