Excellent Choice - Looking to Buy Again
Excellent quality knife. Good weight and handles well. Was able to cut though fresh corn cob with ease. Also diced garlic cloves with no problem. Very sharp so much care and attention is needed when used. Will be buying again as Christmas gifts for my sons.

Lives up to the expectations and seller claims
Lives up to the expectations. Has been less than a week - tried with poultry and fish carving only so far. Will see how long the sharpness lasts and how it dows with other denser meats. 5 star now for the sharpneaa, feel, design and packaging.

Heavy, rugged, and sharp chopping or slicing knife.
Loved this knife! Itโs a bit heavy, but perfect for chopping, it gets the job done.. super sharp. Great price for the quality. Potatoes, raw meat, tomatoes., it clean cuts all. Makes chopping easy. I give it the Big POW WOW!!
