Finish Dishwasher Salt Helps Soften Water to Prevent Limescale and Watermarks, 2 KG

I really like this dishwasher salt. My dishes come out so clean and no watermarks....it's great sub when you don't have an actual water softener. I've bought it often in the past. I will keep buying it as long as it is available. There have been times I haven't been able to find it on Amazon, but that's not often. :) The only thing I wish would change is that it has the outer carton and then an inner carton, a lot of the salt falls between the inner and outer so I generally have tear the inner out to get to the rest of the salt. :(

This has saved me from buying a new dishwasher on multiple occasions. As soon as I see that my dishwasher starts smelling or leaving dirty dishes I just put this into the filter part in the dishwasher. Run a hot cycle and it starts working like new!

This stuff definitely works! I have extremely hard water in my neighborhood, and since I'm in an apartment building, I don't have the option to install a water softener. Luckily my dishwasher has a built-in softener salt tank. It makes a huge difference in the amount of mineral deposits left on my dishes. Pouring can be a bit messy due to the packaging design, but otherwise I really love this stuff.

Though skeptical at first, I was surprised how well this stuff works to prevent limescale from building up on our glassware, and even more surprised how thoroughly it cleaned existing calcium deposits on glasses and my old beer mugs. The downside is cost. Seems a bit pricey for salt. But it does the job, so I keep using it.

I discovered the local stores did not carry this product and was very happy to find it on Amazon. Had it the next day...dishes are now clean!

Over priced but works well

First time I’ve had a dishwasher with a built in water softener. We have very hard water. I’ve had four different dishwashers over the years and having this feature for the first time I can see what I was missing. With this trusted brand salt, detergent pod.and rinse aid, my dishes have never came out so clean and sparkling with no water drops or stains. Great product.
