Not one size fits all
Bought for my daughter who wears a women’s size 8 shoe. The J-heel did not adjust down enough to tighten around her shoe and hold in place. She had to tape it on.

This J-heel is total garbage, it ripped apart at the stitches before we could even use it. Totally useless. When i contacted the company, they never refunded or replaced the item even after saying that they would. Stay away from this product and just buy a decent pair of shoes. I wanted it for my son when his size was too small for mens javelin shoes, but i ended up using high jump shoes since they have rear spikes. Stay far away from this product.
