Excellent device, I love it!
This Wellue O2Ring-S Oxygen Monitor with Vibration Reminder is, in my opinion, an excellent device. It is exceptionally well designed, and has been durable for me in over one year of use. I charge it each morning, and holds sufficient charge to work for several days if I'm traveling and can't charge it. The screen is clear and tells me my heart rate and O2 saturation. Moreover, it connects to an app which I review each morning to see how my sleep O2 sat has been, and it gives me stats for every minute of the night. I also have downloaded the software on my laptop, and I have been able to print out well-designed graphs, which I showed to a sleep doctor, who was quite impressed. The device is simple, durable, cleverly designed, and helpful for me. The size fits me well, and stays on comfortably all night. While the price is somewhat high, I feel it is good value for the money given the data it provides for me. Getting this data through a doctor-managed sleep study would be more costly, and take much more time. Plus, I now have a device that allows me to monitor my O2 saturation every night, not just during a sleep study.

Accurate, reliable and reassuring
I was initially very skeptical about this device. However, after my wife experienced a very frightening issue one night with her oxygen machine, I decided to give it a try — and I’m very glad I did. My wife now wears this ring every night to ensure she is always receiving the oxygen she needs. If her oxygen level drops below the threshold I set, the device vibrates and immediately sends a loud alert to my iPhone. That feature alone provides tremendous peace of mind. She has worn this device during hospital stays and doctor visits. Of course, the hospitals use their own professional monitoring equipment, but every time I compared the readings, this device was remarkably accurate and matched the hospital equipment almost exactly. The included app is easy to use and works very well. It alerts you if you move too far away from the device, and the connection remains solid throughout our fairly large house. The app also stores historical readings, which can be downloaded and shared with doctors when needed. Battery life has also been excellent. We typically get around 16–20 hours per charge. We simply charge it for a couple of hours each day, and it’s ready to go again. Many healthcare professionals who have seen this device have been highly impressed with it. Surprisingly, most had never heard of it before. After about six months of near-constant use, we did experience a small mechanical issue where the device occasionally slipped off my wife’s finger. I contacted customer service, and within a week they had sent a brand-new replacement device — no arguments, no blame, and no hassle. They were friendly, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. If you’re hesitant or skeptical about buying this device, don’t be. For anyone who needs to monitor oxygen levels — either for themselves or for someone they love — this is one of the best and most reassuring little devices you can own. The product itself is excellent, and the customer service fully backed it up.

Worth it if you need detailed oxygen data
I bought the O2RingS to track overnight oxygen and heart rate levels, and overall it delivers very well on its promises. What works well: - Accurate tracking: The O2RingS samples 200 times per second and stores one data point per second, which is much more frequent than the original O2Ring that stores one data point per 4 seconds. This makes it highly precise for overnight monitoring of oxygen saturation, heart rate. It also tracks movement, but it didn't indicate a lot of movement even when I had to get out of bed during the night. - Simple operation: Just slip it on and it starts recording automatically. Syncing with the ViHealth app is quick and reliable over Bluetooth. Data can also be synced to a PC using the included USB cable and the dedicated PC application. There is no difference in functionality between the mobile and PC apps. - Vibration alerts: If oxygen levels drop below a threshold, the vibration is noticeable but not overly disruptive—useful for sleep apnea monitoring. Things to improve: -Charging cable: Although the device uses a USB-C port, it does not support standard USB-C chargers or cables. You must use the included proprietary cable. Losing it could be problematic. - Comfort & design: The “one-size-fits-all” approach isn’t ideal—on smaller fingers it feels loose, on larger ones tight. Bottom line: If your priority is accurate, high-resolution tracking of oxygen and heart rate, the O2RingS is excellent. The automatic recording and reliable app integration make it easy to use nightly. However, the comfort/design quirks and reliance on a proprietary charging cable are definite downsides. For me, it’s a solid 4-star device—worth it if you need detailed oxygen data, but not perfect out of the box.

Continuous high EMF levels.
In some respects it's a good tool for determining O2 blood saturation and how it tracks all night and gives a full report. It wakes you up with a vibration if 02 level falls below a preset level. The big problem with this device is that it broadcasts very high bluetooth EMF levels all the time while it's on. I found this out using an EMF meter. It's in the red zone of the meter all night long averaging in the range of roughly 105 mW/m² even when the device is not paired with a phone and the ViHealth app is completely closed or uninstalled. My finger is a bit sore and numb where I had it on nights for about a month. This is poor design and a health hazard over time. My wife suffered severe Parkinson's symptoms using bluetooth earphones that slowly went away over about a year after she stopped using them. All my bluetooth hearing aids allow me to turn continuous bluetooth off . Nobody should be exposed to so much continuous radiation. One should be able to shut bluetooth off if desired and then turn it on briefly while communicating with the app, like downloading the nights data. I don't think I can return it now though I'm going to try. It's too bad - an otherwise good tool but somebody in the design of the product apparently thinks high levels of EMF are not a health risk. I know otherwise. They could program it to poll for a signal from the app every 30 seconds or so instead of having bluetooth on continuously whenever the device is turned on. And the signal level is much higher than it needs to be. That's what my hearing aids do. I checked with my EMF meter. Full blast EMF all night long.

Why I still use ring despite it’s issues
I need to monitor my oxygen levels due to medical issues I found the ring with 24 hour battery much easier to manage than the 16 version Now I recharge it once a day for 3 hours. Overall it works really good. I don’t recommend using the alarm feature unless you set it really low. I have mine set to 84. Because the unit has issues of dropping for 1 to 3 seconds and back up for no reason. I was walking to my mailbox and got an alert that my O2 was 82. A second later it’s 91 then 97. I have mine sec to a 4 second averaging. Which helps a lot. They should offer a 10 seconds and 15 seconds averaging. To smooth the data. At first I was woken up a lot at night. Turned out to be the pulse alarm going off. I turned that off. It’s not unusual for pulse rates to drop in the 40’s or even 30’s. I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now and it nice to see overall how I’m doing. The smoothing of the data would be nice Their brightest level is not bright enough for reading when outside. I charge mine USB-C to USB-C with no issues. Their blood pressure monitor with ECG is nice also If you get it then get the case for it also If you carry something heavy in your hand that you wear the ring then you won’t get accurate readings If they add the data smoothing I’ll gladly increase the rating

Love the convenience and efficacy of this ring!
This ring is FANTASTIC! My mother has required oxygen for about 2 years now. Finding the right level of oxygen to keep her healthy was challenging because using a typical pulse oximeter only gives a reading for that moment. Oxygen saturation levels can change in a person quickly and if it's too low, permanent damage can occur. This ring allows my mom to monitor her own oxygen levels all the time. The display screen on the ring clearly shows her oxygen saturation in real time and has very good readability. Additionally, my dad connects the ring to the app on his phone and can also see her oxygen levels from across the room or the house. Furthermore, if her oxygen saturation drops below a limit he set in the app, an alarm will go off on the app and will cause the ring to vibrate. The app is easy to use and overall set-up was simple. We also love that the ring tracks my mom's heart rate. Since she has a-fib, this is a handy feature to monitor her heart rhythm. While it's not cheap, the ring is fairly priced for the value. The battery life is very good, but we bought two rings so that we can have one charging while she is wearing the other one. She does wear the ring 24/7 and says it's comfortable enough to sleep with and doesn't get in the way of living life. The ring is pretty durable. The silicone structure allows it to stretch for larger fingers. The company provides a good warranty and excellent service in the event the silicone rips. UPDATE: The silicone on the bottom of the ring did break, but the company was excellent to work with. They were very responsive to email and quickly sent a replacement ring. I provided the serial number and a picture of the broken ring and they made it right. THANK YOU! It's a pleasure to buy products from a company like this that takes great care of their customers.

Exactly what was needed. The Ring is a perfect product.
This Oxygen Monitor Ring is absolutely the best product I have ever bought. My daughter is a physician and she recommended that I purchase 2 rings so that I could wear one 24/7. It alerts me when my oxygen level goes down and when my pulse is irregular. I connected both rings to my phone which alerts me if something is wrong, but if you prefer not to connect the phone, the ring also vibrates. It is very comfortable to wear and the charge lasts a very long time. In addition. the company is so gracious with any help you might need and they really stand behind their product.

Excellent information source for the money.
I have used the O2Ring-S for a couple of weeks now to monitor oxygen while I sleep. The readings closely correlate to those I received on medical grade equipment that I used for a test I was undergoing. The O2Ring S provides an instantaneous reading on its face at the push of a button. Each morning I download the nights data to an app on my Iphone which generates highly detailed graphs and charts to provide great information on what my body was doing while I was sleeping. This device meets my needs and expectations.
