My dog loves these!
My dog is a heavy chewer, so I am always looking for chews to keep him from chomping down on my glasses or the remote. He definitely loves these, but they don't last long (like 10 minutes). Even though he is 75 pounds, I buy this pack of three smaller chews instead of one larger one. He can finish the large one in like 30 minutes, and they are too expensive to only last that long. I give him a small one like once a week or so. I am still giving it 5 stars because he really loves them.

The perfect yak cheese chew, for the tiny dogs in your life.
These chews are awesome, they just don't quite fit all of our needs. I bought them, expecting this to be the case, but I decided to give them a try. I have 6 dogs, ranging from a 5 pound Yorkie mix, to a 65 pound Chow Chow mix. All 6 dogs loved the chews. They lasted about a minute, slight exaggeration, and almost all day for most of the smaller dogs. Apparently the smell and taste of these chews is appealing, as all 6 dogs excitedly accepted one. If you're looking for a yak cheese chew, to satisfy a dog with a bad chewing habit, these are not for you. Aside from our own dogs, we also have 3 small Chihuahua fosters, all right around 8 pounds in size. They don't chew things, they gnaw things. They blasted through these chews in a couple of hours... It takes them each days to go through a solid yak cheese chew. These chews are probably best suited for dogs, like my 6 pound Chorkie, Philip. Philip loves him some yak cheese, so I will tell you about his experience, in recommending these chews. Philip took his cheese roll... They look like rolled egg roll wrappers, at a glance, so I called them cheese rolls. Philip took his to his bed, and immediately started chewing. Unlike a solid yak cheese chew, these chews are a lot softer. I think they rank them a 2, on their chew scale, with cookies being a 1...Philip doesn't eat hard treats, because being so little, they're usually too hard for him. He will only eat a hard treat, if the flavor calls to him. He chews on the solid yak cheese chews, for all he's worth, because yak cheese is apparently just that good! Philip had his chew on a car ride, going from Midland, Texas, to Tyler, Texas, then overnight in a motel, and then back... And for a few more days at home. He carried his around, and protected it from the bigger dogs, long after theirs were all consumed. All in all, I got exactly what I expected, though I feel the name and description could be considered misleading. You can see from the product pictures, that these are unlike any other yak cheese chew... Yet they're also called yak cheese chews... Yeah, I think there should be a different name, I just don't have any suggestions for what to call them... Except yak cheese chews... That's why I still gave them 5 stars.... My husband and I tend to taste everything we feed our dogs... My husband started this, with our first dog together. We came to the realization early on, if we find something gross, so do the dogs. That said, I lick the yak cheese chews we purchase. Most of them, including these, I find completely flavorless, though the essence of cheese is strong and favorable, but only if you get up close and personal, like licking the thing... Since I admit this is weird, you probably won't have a problem with the smell. These chews, like most yak cheese chews, don't leave a mess. These do probably make more of a mess than solid yak cheese chews, but mess is really a relative term. The mess they create, is pieces breaking off. My dogs all cleaned their mess as they chewed, so again, this probably won't be an issue for you... Again, these are best suited for smaller dogs, without a heavy urge to chew.

Excellent Chews for Dogs
I love these chews. They’re more natural than a lot of the chews you’ll find out there for dogs. They seem to last longer than most of the other chews I’ve found for my dog. I have a young dog so she’s not a hardcore chewer yet. She is chewing a lot and I end up buying a lot of different chews to keep her occupied. These chews have withstood her chewing for a long time and she’s still only got a bit chewed off of it. She’s actually given up on it and moved onto other things and come back to it regularly. This can be seen as a positive and a negative, really. It was so tough she gave up on it, but at the same time it’s tough enough to outlast any other chew I’ve gotten for her. I want to actually give one of these to other dogs that are much more focused and destructive chewers to see how they last. I’m curious to see how they fare. I am a fan of them as they are and how long they occupy my dog now. They don’t leave any kind of mess or pieces all over. It doesn’t leave any smears or stains on anything she chews it on top of. There is no smell even when she’s been working on it for a while. I haven’t picked it up and put it against my nose but it doesn’t seem like it has any smell at all. If you have a weak chewer, a toy sized dog, or a dog that is easily defeated by chews or toys then you should probably pass on these. I definitely recommend these for all other dogs. I can’t testify to how well they stand up to extreme chewers but my dog isn’t a slouch and it’s barely missing a fifth of it after a week of on and off chewing. Give them a try and see how your dog likes them.

Very Hard Chew
I have tried other brands and thrown them away because my dog hates hard chews. She puts them under her bed and leaves them there forever. I wanted something a little harder to help keep her teeth clean and this one said medium density and the reviews consistently complained they weren't hard enough so I gave them a chance. They are just as hard as all of the others. My dog hated these, too.

NOT long lasting & NOT easily digested, either - big chewers beware
My Great Dane literally chewed up and entirely ate one stick in 1 min flat 😑 ... NOT "tough for big chewers" I'd say. She's a very small Dane, too at only 125 lbs, but it claims all breeds, all sizes. Maybe better suited for a small breed or mild chewer, BUT regardless of all that, these are NOT as healthy or digestible as claimed since within an hour or two, she vomitted it all up, mostly as these big white-ish plastic-looking pieces. Now I'm afraid to give her more. Pricey too, considering how quickly it went down AND how quickly it came right back up - all over the house. Recommended to me by another dog mom, I ignored some of the poor reviews. I should not have done that as her Pup was a lg yorkie-mix, so maybe it's more about how big the dog/how big a chewer ... 🤔 Or, it's not high quality or true yak milk? Either way, if you've got a big chewer, it's too soft & prob best to save your money. My chewing fall back still remains a classic xl greenie, a sturdy ried & true Kong, and/or the flavored heavy-duty nylon (with close supervision) chew rings. Im certainly Not sold on the "lasting durability" of these or necessarily the claim they're "healthy and easily digested"

It is half the size in length than I expected. I bought it as suggested to go in the Jughead. Too short for the Jughead dog can easily get it out. Disappointing!

My dog loves these, on the pricey side but it’s one of her favourite. It doesn’t last very long as she chews it down In About 15 min.

I think they are a bit expensive for the short time they last. However my dog loves them.
