Philip Kingsley - Swimcap - Chlorine Hair Protection Mask - 100ml

I took this on holiday to protect my hair from the pools. It is brilliant keeps your hair well masked, no damage or discolouration to my hair it felt like I’d not even been in a chlorinated pool! I highly recommend, it is expensive but worth every penny when it comes to protecting your hair.

This product protects my hair. I prefer this to using a swimming cap. My hair is so soft after swimming. It protects my dye too. Amazing stuff

This is the second tube I have purchased. I use it when I am going swimming as it protects your hair from the chlorine in the pool.

Great hair mask works really well

Not greasy at all. Texture like that of a hair mask or a thick conditioner. The smell is really overpowering tho, especially when in the pool. Expensive for me for what it is... not sure how well it works for me as my hair is in pretty sorry state after radiosurgery and swimming regualrly for recovery... that being said it isn't as tangled or as difficult to brush with than without tho :-) I've repurchased a couple of times, the larger size seems to go a lot further as you need to use quite a lot, especially if submerging (my hair is bra length).

Carried the larger size tube of this reef-safe product with me to the Galápagos Islands . Parting and combing it through my hair was easy . Gave a slicked hair look that did not impact the seal/fit of my snorkel mask. I was pleased that it easily washed out with (even reef safe) shampoo as well . This masque definitely helped my colour processed hair survive several snorkel trips in equator line sun .. and no sunburn on my centre part (an issue on previous water holidays ).Really pleased to find this smaller tube size available to purchase for my next snorkel trip .

Perfect for my swim bag. Works well and leave my hair silky smooth.

I got this to use while working on my dive certifications. I have platinum blonde hair and needed a way to protect it for 4 or 5 hours of pool time. This did a great job. My hair didnt end up with a slight green tinge like usual and it is still feeling pretty soft the day after. The smell is a little bit dated, but its not that bad and you won't notice while you are swimming anyways. Definitely will repurchase.

Absolutely insanely small amount for the price. I'd rather just lather my hair with coconut oil.

The first time using it I noticed my towel did not have a bunch of hair on it when I dried off. It seems to work well. I hope it shows in the long run. If the first try is any indicator I will be a return customer. Only drawback is that it made my bathing cap slip more easily and had to readjust. Small concern and probably it is just showing that it is working.
