Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes with warm water. 2. Hook both sides of the ingrown toenail with the two hoods on the equipment. 3. Use one hand hold the middle fulcrum of the tool, twisting the nut to fix the equipment on the toenail with the other hand. (fulcrum towards two directions for different sizes of the nails) Slowly intensify till there is a sense of expansion. 4. Intensify slightly for every 10 minutes, dry the nail with a hairdryer, remove the prongs. 5. After correction, you can put some medical cotton into the nail seam. Please wear loose shoes, regular pruning toe. Notice: 1. Must be soaked for 10 minutes before the first time intensification. 2.
