good supplement
I like that this biotin has 10,000 mcg as I have tried others with less and they don't seem to do anything. While I still have fingernails with some splits, they are much better after I take this daily.

Excellent Product
Got this product for our dog. He has very fragile nails and was always breaking them. Read about the effects of this product and figured we'd give it a try. We've been giving him two capsules daily for a month or so and the results are great. Not only has his nails improved, but his coat has improved as well.
