No, this battery maximum output is maximum 5A @19.5v.

Q: Pass-through charging for solar use? Can this be connected to solar panels and power a load at the same time?

Although you can use this battery while it is under charging, its power output is not from input directly, it is from battery cells. So it does not have pass through function. Following two batteries have pass through function: 1. UPS250 battery at: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K63PB8K 2. MUP600 battery at: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QHMJ1TX?ref=myi_title_dp Both batteries can not accept solar charger directly. You will need a DC to DC charger to convert solar panel output voltage to correct charging voltage.
