Loved how compact and great looking it is. It’s so easy to clean and cools rice so quickly. Great price point as well. It was simple to clean and make the rice. I love the measuring cup and mixing spoon. The texture of the rice was typical rice cooker. Made about 3 cups and had plenty leftover. I enjoyed this product very much.

Cooks rice consistently and reliably in less than 20 mins every time. I like that it doesn't have a nonstick coating but the rice still does not get stuck on the ceramic. Dishwasher safe too

I love the PFA free and ceramic features; it cooks the rice nicely and fairly quickly; easy to use; it does however burn the bottom layer of rice. I’ve tried making sure I turn it off and remove the pan so it’s not getting any more heat as soon as it’s done, I’ve tried adding more water, but no matter what it does burn the bottom layer of rice. Not sure if there’s a fix to that?

I bought this due to the advertised lack of PFAs, as well as its small footprint. I think it's a beautiful looking appliance and it has certainly been very easy to clean as well. However I'm not happy with the build quality (the switch wasn't properly seated even when I first received it, and it's clear the internal parts are cheap and flimsy; it struggles to center itself on the weight because it hasn't been trued properly), and I'm especially not happy with the way it cooks rice, which obviously would be its primary purpose. My rice keeps coming out really unevenly cooked. I was hoping to just soldier through with it because I'm moving in with my boyfriend in the next year or two and he has a fancy rice cooker, but honestly I think I have to buy a different one because of the cooking issue. It's not all bad, but I definitely don't think this is a very high quality product.

I am a rice failure, a ruiner of rice. My poor children are terrified of the word rice. This cooks perfect, fluffy, sticky rice every time. I can now confidently serve rice and cooking it no longer makes me cry. And no babysitting! I put in the rice and water, plug it in, flip a switch and never touch it again. I cannot stress enough that the price is ridiculously worth what you get. It's dependable, had it for months no issues, can put the washable parts in the dishwasher. Like seriously buy it.

I like the color and the way the liner fits into the pot. Seems very easy to use. I did not get the scoop advertised but It doesn't take rocket science to figure it out. Love the way I can just set it and forget it. The problem I'm having is that when its done, the rice browns and sticks on the bittom. Tried more water. Nope. So today, I took the liner immediately out of the pot when it was done instead of letting it go to warm and its still brown. It gets too hot. Maybe I have a defective one or maybe you get what you pay for! It would also be nice if it had an alarm, ding or buzzer when done.

Both packaging box and the rice cooker were broken.

This is a great little rice maker. I was looking for a rice maker that has a bowl with a lip that goes over the unit. This is the only one I can find. I never have a mess in the rim of the unit because this bowl goes down over top. The directions could have been clearer. I just fill the included little scoop to the top with the uncooked rice. Then I add 1 1/2 scoops with water. When it’s cooked the little switch pops and comes upward. It is not loud enough to hear in the next room but satisfactory. It has a keep warm feature and not many other bells and whistles. It is just a simple rice maker. I would purchase again and do recommend.
