I bought this as a stage 2 post-op garment following a mommy makeover. It fit perfectly. Great compression, sturdy hooks, high quality material, and the zipper crotch is a life saver. The legs are lined with material to avoid them from rolling up, which I haven't had a problem with despite my thicker legs. I just bought another in a smaller size. I highly recommend this product.
