Problem that cannot be resolved
I have used CCleaner for many years, and have been satisfied with its features and ability. However earlier this year I encountered a problem in the fact that it would not update. I have just spent many days, including numerous email contacts with their Customer Support trying to resolve this, but without success. I have uninstalled this program. No point of a program that will not update. On the plus side I received a refund for my recent renewal.

Article Non conforme à la photo du produit
Sur la photo du produit sur le site une boite carton type boite de logiciel. En fait j'ai reçu un cd dans une enveloppe. la pochette carton du cd était très sale et ancien et il était marqué compatible Windows 8 alors que nous sommes à Windows 10. Visiblement un vieux cd. Article renvoyé non ouvert et remboursé par amazon sans probleme.

Preferisco il prodotto su disco...
Il codice d'accesso mandato dalla ditta è inesistente..ho provato anche con un tecnico installatore e ,nonostante abbia evidenziato più volte lo stesso problema la ditta non ha sentito ragione chiudendo il caso .in pratica..ho preso una bella cantonata..

Gute Kaufentscheidung
Habe mir am 19.9.17 bei Amazon den "CCleaner Proffesional" zum Downladen bestellt. Konnte mir bereits nach ca. 1 Stunde den übersandten Link auf meinem Rechner installieren. Die Anmeldung funktionierte problemlos. Kann daher meine Kaufentscheidung nur weiterempfehlen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt
Kein spürbarer Mehrwert zur Freeware. Außerdem geht man davon aus (ich zumindest) dass es sich um einen Kauf und nicht um eine befristete Lizenz handelt. Das ist nicht klar beschrieben
