Good for at home workouts
The belt is nice and padded and the use of dumbbells on a belt is a great idea for hip thrusts at home. Although the belt can move around a bit it is secure and can be used in a variety of ways to add extra weight to certain exercises.The ability to vary the weight via changing dumbbells is a huge win for me.

Good for at home workouts
I use this with my 2 x 5kg dumb bells. 4 stars because the foam still sort of pulls /digs at my hip bones causing some sort of friction burn. I wish there was like a rubber stop on the back of it so it wouldn't move mid exercise, if that makes sense?Easy to clip them into place, and then make sure all is secure and tighten it around my waist.Good concept, I'm pleased with it - might stop me from forking out for a gym membership for a little while longer!
