It's the little things that matter.
Where do I start?Firstly, these parts are really hard to find, so I was very happy to see these to replace a broken internal and external trickle vent cover for two different windows.I'm not one for writing reviews, but not only is this EXACTLY what I wanted, the sales & service is outstanding. Effortless communication, super fast responses.Lots of other retailers could learn a lot from these guys. They are just great!

Getting the right fit
Well made product but as all these trickle vents come in so many sizes and styles would be nice to have a printed slip showing how it SHOULD Be fitted. If its a replacement unit and often is then the measurement from each screw hole would also be a positive buying aid. I rejected many this time because too hard to guess no matter what size the actually unit was.

Bought other vans before that were shorter than advertised got these and they were long enough and much better than the old ones they replaced

If you return item you have to pay tracking postage which was £4.10 a 1/3 of the price of the item.
I returned item as it did not cover hole of existing vent.Product was very cheap looking and flimsy.I attached return label which was emailed to me.Was asked to track parcel in email which cost me £4.10 2nd class tracking.Received email telling me I would get full refund of the item which was £12.98 but not the £4.10 postage.Not happy will never use again lesson learnt.
