Product wise - 5/5. Great washing machine. Very quiet. Good slimline feature. Had a slight problem with the installation, and ended up having to buy an extra piece, but otherwise the delivery/installation team were very helpful. Amazon customer service - 2/5. If you are selecting installation etc, make sure if you check out with it too rather than selecting a standard day for delivery (the installation day didn't appear during my check out). Had to return the first one, then rebuy it which was a faff. The customer service agent was rather patronising stating that it "wasn't that hard to install". I mentioned I had requested the full service (deinstall, removal of packaging, install, haul), and as 7 months pregnant this was no easy feat, let alone doing the installation and haul yourself!

Up to press I am highly delighted with the washing machine, in both performance and aesthetics. Very simple to operate and user friendly. The installation guys were super friendly and efficient, too. Also superb customer services allayed my fears, as to the guarantees and usability, so at the time of writing all is great.

I’m very happy with my new machine , very easy to use , the display is easy to read and understand , please read the leaflet as I did. Wash time is fab I love it , drum size is great just ideal , pretty quiet when running , just use the spin speed twice depends on how much you are washing , just love the steam clean for bedding it’s spot on .

Lovely washing machine. Quietest I’ve ever had! Excellent value for money. However: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE INSTALLATION SERVICE. They turned up at 6.57pm, removed old washing machine perfectly but in his hurry to get the new one connected, ended up flooding my kitchen, and blaming the pipe work (which was perfectly fine when disconnecting the old washer) He then turned off the water to my house and advised I needed to get a plumber!! He advised not to switch the water back on as that would risk another flood! Washing machine was just left in the middle of the kitchen floor. Thankfully I managed to get someone in and get things up and running the next day. Just beware that these guys are not fully trained and have no tools in case they need them. They also took away the acoustic sponge, it was only when I was looking at the installation instructions that I realised that they had not fitted them and had put them in their rubbish to take away.

Fantastic price, delivered next day, they called with a time slot, 2 guys arrived on time, disconnected old machine' installed new one, put it on a cycle to test, took away all packaging, which was a free service with the offer. They were so quick, they didn't even stop for a cuppa! Well done

Great so far so problems and has a good option of cycles. Delivery was fantastic the guys bought it up 2 flights of stairs and although it is a difficult stairs to manover heavy items they where very courteous and did a very good job.

I am replacing an older washing machine of eight years, with a far more up to date one. The Comfee freestanding washing machine is pretty feature packed, lots of programs to boot too. It Looks great, fits in the same slot as my previous machine as is so much quieter. The machine installation was super quick and super easy too. The functionality of the programs it offers, from rapid, to spin, to multi low temperature options is quite expansive. You get a two year warranty on this 8kg machine and its far larger than my previous 5kg one. Its also so much more efficient too and the best of it, much quieter. I get the impression the machine also thinks before it starts the wash cycle, as it weighs the washing first before starting your chosen program. You can have 60/40 and even twenty degree cycles as well. For the price the machine is absolutely top of its class. Note: You get a two year warranty with this machine! Pros, fits in existing machine slots, 8kg load, quiet, intelligent, multi temp programs down to 20 degrees. Cons: None that I can tell, pretty much the best you can get value wise.

I plumbed it in myself but it's waste hose is a bit short but I hacked it! It is crap on 15 min quick wash as it only spina at 800rpm whereas the 45 minutes cycle goes to 1400rpm which is decent enough. The drum is a good size and I can get all the bedding in at once so I am happy with that. No probs as of yet so good value for money.
