It's very sharp and cuts with very little effort , not like some I have bought and binned. It's a bit pricey but worth the money. It's made well, is sturdy and has many cutting and slicing options.I first tried the small square cutter to make a chopped salad. It performed well. I'm looking forward to trying out the other blades. It's a bit fiddley to clean but it comes with a brush which makes the job easier.
