The only thing to keep in mind is pill size—if you struggle with swallowing larger softgels, this might not be the best fit. Love the strength of this but get a bit of stomach upset and find the capsule really large to comfortably swallow without a lot of water and mind reset....

It is a great way to have your calcium intake. I had been taken other brand caplets and were very hard on my stomach. Since these are capsules I can tolerate them way better. Both the caplets and these capsules are big but this ones are easy to swallow if you are someone that manage to take it meds in pills and or caps. They are highly effective. My calcium levels are up in between the normal level range. I have them tested every six months and since it has Vit. D as well; my Vit. D levels are in normal range also. So I can say the product is consistent since I am stable in my blood tests. The capsules are tasteless and odorless. I take them at night as a routine and I can still have a good night sleep. They do not give you somnolence just they do not put you wired up.

These gelcaps are high quality and being gelcaps makes them easier to swallow. My only complaint is that the gelcap is very large and you are supposed to take 2 daily. Taking them with milk makes it easier for those who have trouble swallowing larger pills. They were cheaper than my local supermarket or pharmacy and only took 2 days to get to Lubbock. Nature's Bounty is my go to source for quality vitamins and minerals at an affordable price.

I’m suppose take them for my bones but I can’t seem to swallow them. They’re too big.

I hate swallowing pills so I’ve been skipping taking my calcium tablets until I found these. The nature’s bounty calcium pills are so easy to swallow despite the huge size. They go down smoothly without leaving a chalky taste or an abrasive feeling in the back of the throat. It’s also great that I need to take just two of these to meet my daily calcium intake. I have not had any digestive issues since taking them.
