What can I say - they are the typical calcium sized pill - large. However they are well coated with no chalky taste and a good value for the money. Hopefully I’ll see good results in my next bone density test. Until then, I have added these to my subscribe and save account as I appreciate the convenience of not having to travel to a box store for them.

These gelcaps are high quality and being gelcaps makes them easier to swallow. My only complaint is that the gelcap is very large and you are supposed to take 2 daily. Taking them with milk makes it easier for those who have trouble swallowing larger pills. They were cheaper than my local supermarket or pharmacy and only took 2 days to get to Lubbock.
