So elegant! I love this tracker.
This is my second one. I wasn't happy with the step tracking of the first one & returned it. I loved everything else about it so much that I ordered it again & am so glad that I did. This one tracks my steps within 100 steps (for the day) of my old tracker, which matched my phone tracker. I see people who did not care for the band, it is my favorite part!!! With a little patience, you will be a pro at putting the band on & taking it off. It looks so elegant & I get so many compliments on it. I have tried the BP, pulse & O2 monitor & believe them to be accurate as well. I can see the weather, and the forecast! There are so many settings that you can make it do whatever you need. It answers my phone, shows me my texts, I can even call up to 8 contacts that I program in! I am just so very pleased! And for those of you who want a plastic band, it came with a plastic band I can use if I want, but I never would. The mesh band is super comfortable. YAY!! Fitness with style!

Worth the money
I have had this for over a year and just came to see what the band size is to replace as it's starting to look worn. But wanted to review while I'm here. I have been pleasantly surprised with this tracker. I use it mostly for HR, BP, pulse ox and sleep tracking. And I find it quite accurate within a few points. Also, I like how I do not have to wear it super tight to get accurate readings. I'm very annoyed when things are tight, so this is a bonus. I have it remind me to be more active as well, but have not checked whether the step counter is correct or not. But the reminder to get moving is nice.I do use the app to track weight and water consumption as well. For the price, I've been more thanpleased with this device. I don't need all the fancy bells and whistles. And it's helped me find my phone a time or two.I did not receive 2 bands as some others have noted.

Good as a watch, supplemental information good, step counter inaccurate
I have not worn a watch for many many years. So I wasn't going to drop a lot of money on something I might not wear for more than a few days.I bought the watch with the gold strap. This did not work very well. It kept getting caught and slipping off. Fortunately, the company had also provided a (pink) silicone strap. This worked properly. After a while, I began to like the pink color. It matches the 'background' and makes the watch less of a glaring statement. Unlike my experiences a long time back, I found this very comfortable and was able to wear it 24/7 without any issues. The battery is frugal and only required charging while showering. The watch comes with an app which has previously had some pretty negative reviews. However, once you get over some of its quirks, it is not too bad. The exercise videos are well organized. I don't know how good they are as exercise (not my area of expertise), but having well organized ones you can actually do is better than not doing any. One really odd thing about them is the bug that only displayed 1/3 of the video screen on my tablet. To fix that, start in portrait mode; then press the little change aspect icon in top right; then rotate screen to landscape. Strange, but it works every time. The blood pressure, pulse, and O2 seem sufficiently accurate. The step counter, however, was way off for me. Perhaps I fidget too much, or whatever, but it is not even close to being what it should be. That likely explains why this product has so many returns. If you want an accurate step counter, this might not be it [Update: While walking, it seems ok, but it clocks up all sorts of things while not active]. I went and bought another watch that was much better for this aspect. There are things to like and dislike on both watches, so I am keeping both of them. The watch faces on the Nexa are more to my liking, and a couple of other things I prefer. The menu structures and features make this agreeable as a watch. They work well, and don't require more than a few minutes to get used to them. The timer, alarms, and similar were all easy to use. I liked the 5-day weather. (The alarm time, has to be set in the app, but can be tre-riggered in the watch). The timer has several one-button options, such a 5 minutes, 15 minutes etc. They have a varied range of watch face styles. A few good ones in there.Like a lot of these products, there are a lot of "why didn't they..." thoughts that come to mind, but none are especially show-stopping. Just a commentary on the s/w design process that lacks creativity and independence of thought to come up with better implementations. All in all, a nice watch. The step counter seems to count when it shouldn't, but seems more or less on target while actually walking.

inexpensive, tracks steps well, lousy clasp
this little tracker is easy to set up and tracks my steps well. the only and I consider major drawback is the clasp on it is not good; not good at all. It has fallen off 5 times in 24 hours, for no apparent reason, it falls right off my wrist. I will lose it soon enough. I cannot figure out why the clasp is failing. I pinch it closed as tight as I can and a few hours later, it has opened up again. Also, the band is waaay too long for me, with no way to shorten it that I can see. This may have something to do with the clasp issue I'm afraid. Otherwise, it is performing exactly as it should and for what I bought it for.

Love this watch
I hardly write reviews. A product has to be really good or really bad for me to take the time to write a review. I'm thrilled with this watch. I was gifted my first Apple watch for Christmas and didn't like how fast the battery drained. I had to charge it every 18 hours for 2 hours. So, I was on the search for something similar with longer battery life. Wow - did I find it. This watch has everything I need. I can answer calls, receive notifications, check my steps, sleep score, heart rate, blood pressure, weather and more. And best of all, I'm charging it every 8 days for less than an hour! Buy this watch! My only con is the color. It states gold but it's more of a copper or rose gold color.

In-App Ads
I used to really enjoy this little thing. I only wanted to count my steps/cals burned, and all the other little perks were okay enough. It did sometimes just start playing whatever was on my phone sometimes without me asking it to. Annoying and confusing every time, but quickly fixed in the moment. The gold color was less yellow-gold, which I prefer, and more rose-gold, but also still fine for my needs. Changing the watch face is a fun, cute way to personalize it as well. However, the app one day started to play ADS! SO ANNOYING!! I don’t want to sit through some little animation about a scammy gambling app or whatever just to see my steps for the day or check how many hours I slept! Do NOT buy!

Fitness tracker
I'm not really a smart watch person. I bought this because I was making health changes in my life and wanted something just for that and well the time. I don't use the phone features, though it is set up (just in case). It does alot more then I expected but not complicated or all the things a smart watch from samsung or apple watches might have. Which I like. Now I can track my heart rate, and exercising. And I can change the band for comfortable everyday or exercising. But I bought the wrong size elastic bands this was sized for the 18mm watch band. Just to save you the time. As far as I know this watch did not come in any other size.

Cute but Disappointing
I’ve had this smart watch since September 2025 and can now give an honest review. It’s sleek, the face is customizable and overall is easy to use, but doesn’t serve the purpose that I need it to. I’m disappointed that oftentimes there are instances where workouts aren’t properly accounted for OR a full days activity is missing from the app despite the watch having accounted for the activity. What’s more, it’s inconsistent with notifications despite my phone being in close proximity to the watch and I don’t like that I can’t delete activity, which should have never been recorded based upon my settings, from the app (ie. Sleep Activity). After 6 months, I’m ready to transition to something more reliable and that will serve the purpose I require of it.
