This book not only is ideal for pubs/ clubs but also for small and large retail stores that sell age restricted items such as alcohol, cigarettes, fireworks, knives, blades, spray paints, DVDs, video games, etc. The book has 50 sequentially numbered double sided printed pages, securely bonded with a white cover to help with finding it when it's needed. One page (both sides) covers two refusals of sale and allows you to record: Date of refusal, what was attempted to be purchased, the comments made to the customer and by the customer, short assessment of staff knowledge of the age restricted items, Signature and name of the person refusing the sale and Manager Use the Only area to assess if the refusal was handled appropriately and what steps to take if any e.g., raise staff awareness of the age restricted items. On the first page, there are some important points to remember when having age restricted items for sale, such as: remembering to ask for a ID, not judging the age of the customer by the appearance and examples of systems that could be put in place to prevent selling age restricted items to an underage person. It's a great way of keeping duty managers and staff up to date with attempts of purchasing age restricted items by a minor or person without a valid ID and also it is a great way of showing the local licensing enforcement and police that the management is doing all they can to prevent a sale of an age restricted item to an under aged person. ## Features - The book includes the rules of selling age restricted products, when to refuse a sale and what proof of age to accept - It is a professional, easy and useful way of recording refusal of sale - On the first page it includes important points to remember when having age restricted items for sale - Helps to show the local licensing enforcement and police that the management is doing all they can to prevent a sale of an age restricted item to an under age person - Size: Height 11.7'' (29.7 cm), Width: 0.4'' (1.1 cm) Length 8.3'' (21 cm) ## Images ![Refusal of Sale Log Book (No Proof of Age - No Sale)(UK Seller.
