EAAA
Axe & Sledge The Grind delivers a solid combination of essential amino acids, hydration support, and great flavors. While EAAs aren’t a replacement for hitting your daily protein intake, they can be a useful addition during long or intense training sessions, especially if you train fasted or want an easy way to stay hydrated. Overall, it’s a high-quality intra-workout supplement that lives up to its reputation.
