Seiko Women's Automatic Watch Stainless Steel with Stainless Steel Strap

The watch look better in real life versus the product pictures. The dial is an attractive matt Sunray silver, with silver lumed applied markers & silver lumed hands. The overall effect is of a watch beyond it's price point. The watch keeps time well, but needs to be shaken daily for a minute to augment the automatic winding from daily wear. The only negative point is the supplied low-quality 20mm metal bracelet - I replaced it with a black leather strap & the watch looks much better now.

So I’ve had this watch a week now and whilst a little premature to review an automatic watch I’m just really happy with it. It’s a nice size and weight, not too showy but really feels good to hold. I set the time and date with no issues. For the first day it seemed to lose a few seconds but the next day it normalised and since then for the last 5 days it hasn’t lost a second. I’ve had a few automatics in the past and losing or gaining a few seconds a day is normal so I’m extremely happy to have something so accurate out the box. I changed the strap which was a bit of faff but I didn’t have the correct tools. I was considering watches 5x the value but settled on this and I’m so glad I did as it outperforms and undercuts others.

I like this watch, it is a good size & has a quality feel about it. So far the accuracy is very good, with no noticeable time loss / gain. It arrived promptly from Amazon. I have marked it down to 4* because the strap is not easy to adjust - indeed when I emailed Seiko to ask they said it was not user adjustable and that I should either get the seller to adjust it (which they would expect to be free of charge) / take it to a jeweller (who would charge to do it) / or post it to Seiko and they would do it free of charge !! I didn't think Amazon would be upto adjusting the watch strap - particularly when it seemed to have been shipped from Belgium, so I started to do some searching on-line. I found a little device on Amazon that cost £3.55 (inc p&p), arrived in 3 days, and then allowed me to adjust the strap in about 3 minutes.

Feels like a high quality watch and the mechanism looks very nice. Keeps time fairly well, loses about a minute a week. Looks great on a green nato strap, and depending on whether you use a nato or the metal bracelet it comes with you can use it with a variety of outfits. The bracelet is of good quality and easy to adjust. The luminous coating on the watch is excellent, even at 6am it is still legible, and in the early evening it is incredibly bright. The watch never runs out of energy, although I do wear it every day, but from what I've heard it recharges very quickly and has a decent power reserve. In terms of size its about the right size for my ~6.5" wrist, if you're looking for something smaller/cheaper take a look at the SNK809K2

This is a great watch and as a collector it has become my favourite over some much more expensive brands. It a good size, the dial is really clear and easy to read and oozzes quality and craftsmenship, Seiko have surpassed themselves with this timepiece and for me, it is the purchase of the year at just over £110. Watches normally fit me off the peg so to speak but as others have noted the bracelet is large/long and you will probably need to take a few links out, but better to have this option than for it to be too tight. Purchased in November 2016 as a Christmas present so used from December 25th. This watch loses up to 1 minute a day so need constant re-setting. If left of my wrist, i.e. overnight, it will stop after as little as 4 or 5 hours and never keeps going for mote that 12 hours. Returned to seller in February who said it had been repaired but no difference on return. I have had this watch for nearly a year now and I am very disappointed with it. Definitely not up to my expectations from Seiko. I am now looking to replace it. Seiko Men's Watch with White Dial Automatic and Multi-Colour Stainless Steel Strap SNKE04K1 Now just over a year old. Does not run for more than 5-6 hours off the wrist - ie overnight - and consistently loses 1-2 minutes a day. Returned to Seiko in November last year and returned within a few days. Problem unresolved. I have emailed Seiko on the 18th January to which I have had no response and a follow up email on the 2nd to which I have still no response (as of the 3rd). This watch definitely does not meet my expectations of a Seiko product. My last watch a Seiko Kinetic was very accurate and lasted for much longer off the wrist - the advantage of Kinetic I guess, I have an elderly Rolex Oyster, roughly 40 years old and used occasionally, and that last up to 24 hours off the wrist. This Seiko is good looking but ultimately useless as a timepiece and will have to be replaced with something more reliable and accurate!.

Great watch worth the money

THIS WATCH HAS A QUALITY MOVEMENT WHICH APPEARS TO BE VERY ACCURATE FOR A MECHANICAL WATCH OR AM I LUCKY TO GET THIS ONE 10 SECONDS SLOW SINCE I FIRST GOT IT WEEKS AGO. I HAVE A FEW SEIKOS BUT I NEEDED THIS ONE BECAUSE ITS EASY TO SEE IN DIM CONDITIONS WHICH MY OTHER WATCHES ALTHOUGH EXCELLENT COULD NOT COMPETE . IN DARK CONDITIONS THE LUMINOUS DIAL AND HANDS ARE EXCELLENT VERY BRIGHT AND LAST TILL DAYLIGHT. IF YOU PURCHASE ONE YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE A COUPLE OF LINKS PLEASE KNOW THAT THE LINKS ARE HELD BY PINS NOT SCREWS ! JUST PUSH THE PINS OUT FROM THE PLAIN ROUND END NOT THE SPLIT END USING A SUITABLE TOOL OR THE PROPER PUSHER THAT CAN BE PURCHASED ON AMAZON FOR A FEW POUNDS. ITS A GREAT WATCH I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

My watch has a spot on the chain and the color has faded a bit ' So I am not satisfied fully ,😒

Achat directement sur Amazon, livrée en marche après les secousses Chronopost. C'est une très belle montre,d'excellente facture,le modèle livré ne comportait pas de cercle noir intérieur,elle est tout simplement dorée,ce qui me convient. Le diamètre correspond à un poignet fin, pas toujours évident à trouver en Automatique,d'autant que le mécanisme sans pile confère un boitier plus épais et donc plus lourd. Un double clic pour régler la date en anglais puis l'heure, il est préférable d'effectuer la mise à date par la rotation de minuit. Les aiguilles et les extrémités du cadran bénéficient d'un dispositif luminescent pour la nuit, plutôt discret. A conseiller pour un port permanent ces montres ne fonctionnent qu'avec votre mouvement, entretien de nettoyage à faire auprès des boutiques Seiko agrées environ tous les 4 ans, la carte de garantie est fournie. Très satisfaite de cet achat, je recommande.

Very good looking watch, very high end build quality but at same time diameter is small, only 38 mm, the main thing, too costly, not ❌ value for money

Orologio di cui non c'è assolutamente nulla da dire perché è bello, professionale, molto fine e precisissimo. Movimento automatico, può raggiungere una profondità fino a 50 Bar (50 metri), totalmente in acciaio inossidabile si presenta con cinturino con doppia chiusura di sicurezza. Adatto in ogni occasione ed è venduto a un prezzo bassissimo, completo di doppia confezione originale Seiko e corredato da libretto di istruzioni e garanzia originale Seiko. Un vero affare da non farsi lasciare sfuggire, complimenti Amazon e ultra veloce la consegna, consigliatissimo!!!

La fabrication est soignée et inspiré vraiment confiance, le réglage est d'une grande simplicité et le remontage automatique est un plus Indéniable... Le prix est vraiment intéressant et l'expédition de Berlin par UPS ne souffre aucun reproche. Bravo et merci.... Danke schon...
